ASC in a fixed sign, ASC ruler, Moon and 7th house ruler in fixed signs (and cadent, except for the Moon) - not soon, unfortunately. If you really want a possible answer, the Sun-Saturn applying conjunction would indicate the marriage - about 4 years?! But I wouldn't rely on this indication. "Not soon, but late", meaning years is the answer...
Indeed, as Virinchi said, your significators in detriment indicate that you're not ready, just fantasizing/exploring possibilities - Neptune on the ASC.

I asked similar question some time ago. But in my case the ruler of Asc. Mars in last degree of Cancer (29) and about to change the sign. And 7th house ruler, Venus is in a fix sign 5 degree Taurus. There is a reception between the significators. And Moon is in a mutable sign in Virgo and seperating from Venus. How would you interpreate this? What does seperation mean? When it comes to questions like that "is marriage soon?" I really don't know how to make a conclusion.
