Hi, I am fairly new to the technique of Solar Arcs, however, I noticed that my Uranus will arc to my Aquarius ascendant within the year, and around the same time, my 8th house Libra Sun will progress for the first time to Scorpio.
I will be happy to provide a chart (as long as someone gives me directions on how to), however my main concern is the two events listed above.
There isn't much information online about Solar Arc Uranus.
Thanks alot for any help(:

Solar Arcs
Solar arcs are really simple, especially for beginners, just move the Angles, Asc, Desc, MC, IC 1' for each year of your life onto planets and vice versa. Not just used for rectification either. Under age 12 though these interpretations are directed towards family changes, maybe relocation, job changes, illnesses, additions to family etc. Another example is my Pluto is 28' Leo in 7th house and my Uranus is 3' Leo in same house to subtract these and you get age 25. That year my then husband and I had an almighty explosion (Uranus) and transformation (Pluto) of that marriage that started the demise and ultimate ending thereof....

for progressions try here--
Your natal chart is like a photograph as unique as your fingerprint, BUT the 10planets in the sky have not stayed where they were in your natal chart, they have all moved. Predictive astrology is mostly maths where those 10planets are now and the mathematical aspects they make to your natal charts ie: 180'=opposition, 90'=square, 60'=sextile and 120'=trine.
So your personality, grows, develops, changes, matures as we get older, this is reflected by your sun sign changing from it's natal position to the next sign along, so does your Asc and MC sign change. In fact from sun to mars especially are important, as the outer planets really don't move much, using a 'day for a year' secondary progressions.

The most important of progressed planets is of course, sun & moon and then upto mars, as the outer planets hardly move by progression. Now like with transits, solar arcs --- it's what these progressed planets are doing NOW by mathematical aspect to your natal planets and Angles that is ultimately important.
Also I would take this opportunity to mention there is a ‘plethora’ of information in every forum top, called 'stickys' which cover, explain in great depth what each forum is all about, plus we have an Education forum for further research..

Wow, that was a lot of help. I might add that I am quite young but in the last three years I have learned quite a bit about astrology. I was drawn to it. In the last month, I have been reading about Solar Arcs and I find them unnervingly accurate when coinciding with progressions, transits, etc. A very close friend of mine was born almost a month after me and we have the same ascendant. Thanks to this I can peek at her birth chart and look at most of her transits and progressions before they occur to my chart. Anyway, I noticed her Neptune had arced to her ascendant and things she told me about her life at that time, and many of her events were so eerily related to Neptune I was excited to see what would happen when my ascendant was to be affected by an arc.
The next planet to make a major arc in my chart is Uranus to my Ascendant, (it will be exact October 22nd) and according to a lot some recent examples I've found, there is usually a relocation of some kind.
All most all of my planets are in Scorpio. Including Moon, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, and Pluto. When my Sun progresses to Scorpio, it will conjunct all of those planets eventually. Will that 30 year period mark a significant activation of energy in the birth chart?
Those are my main concerns for now, and thanks for the links. Some of them were familiar, and the new ones are now apart of my favorites list.
And just so there isn't any misunderstandings, my birthdate is October 7th, 1994. I don't want to be perceived as unknowledgeable about astrology, I just would like to look at the upcoming events from different perspective besides my own:smile: Thanks for any help!

Are you looking to move house at 16? I've had T Uranus conj Asc and everything electrical broke down, my computer frequently, washing machine, fridge etc. You could feel super charged or behave erratically
Your mercury by progression is now retrograding, your sun is challenged by malificis uranus and neptune which may suggest impatience, impulsiveness (uranus) and wanting to do something unusual that involved the pride and ego in some way. Square to neptune suggests possible confusion of identity type questions
I use Equal House system and am a modern astrologer. Lots of people that come into Astrology get their free charts calculated at www.astro.com (http://www.astro.com/) and the default ‘house system’ used is Placidus and think that’s just the norm and all that there is……..BUT that is just the tip of the iceberg. You can change the default on astro.com in Extended Chart selection to Equal house and a few more.
Throughout the forums but mainly in natal astrology there are two main branches Placidus (unequal size houses) v Equal House (whereby each house is same size) but lots more……. For more information on these go here.

It's only with study and research will you be able to assess where your planets are deposited and in which houses... thus see which 'glove fits'
Your stellium planets in scorpio are all in 10th house Equal house. Age 2 did your family relocate? SA Moon conj MC and did a parent disappear? (pluto) did a grandma perhaps have a hand in bringing you up?
Lastly, your sun and mars are both singletons being the only planets in fire and air.
