I'm kind of new to astrology but I have read that the 5th house is supposed to influence your love life and children. I'm happily married with a beautiful little girl, but there are no planets in my 5th house. What is the significance of that? Is there any? Thanks! Oh also is there anything in my chart that stands out? Thanks again!

Hi! I hope you don't mind, but I redid your chart according the the equal house system. It's the kind I'm used to.

Now, because I'm a user of the Leo-Clockwise count of the houses, I see the 11th house as ruled by Libra, and as the house of partnerships. In the equal house chart you have 3 planets in the 11th house, not to mention it's ruled by Libra. Also, your Venus (relations) is in conjunction (intensity) with Mercury (communication), Jupiter (wisdom), and the Sun (soul). All of those planets are in Scorpio, which was called the Family Survival Dynamic by Carl Payne Tobey.
I see a lot of potential for family in your chart. But I'm a beginner, too, so I hope you don't mind being an experiment on my part. Oh! And you have trines (talent) from your Moon (emotion) to your 11th house, too.
Hmm, but I also see you Mars (duty) in Capricorn is in Sextile (understanding) with it's ruler, Saturn (restraint), which is in Libra. And as a follower of Carl Payne Tobey, I see Mars as the ruler of Scorpio, and in this case, the ruler of your Sun, Mercury, Venus and Jupiter. But I'm rambling out of my field of expertise.

Perhaps you should start off your learning in our beginners forum :whistling:
When there are no planets in a house you look to the 'house cusp ruler' in this case it's Aries therefore mars. Mars is late first conj 2nd house cusp. Now anything that is within 5' of house cusp going anti clockwise is considered more effective in the next house along. So mars in 2nd house of personal values and beliefs suggests you want 5th house matters connected to these. Your marriage partner however is a 7th house matter.
You have a 'stellium' planets in scorpio in 12th house including mercury

Earth Sign- Thank you! That was very informative and comforting! You don't sound like a beginner to me! But then I'm very, very new to astrology.
And thank you so much Astrologer50! That was a very informative and educated response and I really appreciate it!
