I have this aspect, and I was wondering if anyone else has any experience with it psychologically? Or knows someone with it.
Are they very obsessed people?
Ive read that its good for research, detective work and surgery or medicine.
I also heard there was something hidden about siblings, which is true in my case. I have some half siblings that I didnt know when I was younger. Also there is one more possible sibling, but ofcourse we dont know for sure, on my dads side.
I heard some of the US presidents had this aspect 2 or 3. Bush, Clinton maybe? But maybe its in another sign and house.
I have it in the 6th house, so maybe it has more to do with my health related education?
Heres my chart again.

You really should consider Equal house sytem. Your pluto is not only conj mercury but square pluto. This can suggest problem and legal matters as jupiter is in 9th house of Law :rightful:

I have a mercury conjunct pluto in scorpio and in the fourth house I wouldn't call myself obsessed but of course you would have to be more specific. Detective work and all that stuff I don't have enough life experience to say I do.

I have Mercury conjunct Pluto in Scorpio..
My mind can get quite attached to certain thought patterns, which I have to repeat, go through and ruminate on, but I wouldn't say I get obsessed lol, Sometimes I'm just a super-focused thinker, most the time not though, haa so I don't know. I can only focus on things that grab me.
I have half-siblings too, but it's never really been a secret, it's always been just something to note..
I think having Pluto conjunct Mercury in Scorpio helps to make Mercury less subjective than it would of been otherwise.

But jupiter is in my unequal chart in the 11 th house. I havent had problems with legal matters I think yet, and Im almost 25, so....
I tried with the equal house, but Im not sure it suits me that well. Im confused really:)

Exactly in Equal house your Jupiter moves two whole houses which is a MASSIVE difference in interpretations. They only way you will decide is more study -- by studying what it means to have Jupiter in 9th or 11th house and same with all your other planets
Throughout the forums but mainly in natal astrology there are two main branches Placidus (unequal size houses) v Equal House (whereby each house is same size) but lots more……. For more information on these go here.

It's only with study and research will you be able to assess where your planets are deposited and in which houses... thus see which 'glove fits'
It really is ridculous that ONE house can cover 90' of a chart!!

I also have Merc conj Pluto in Scorpio. With me it's in the 7th house. I have found that I do like to obsess over people. One person can stay in my mind for weeks, then I meet someone else and I think intensely about them in the next few days, then if I meet a third person, it's like the previous two never existed.... for some time and then I go back to person one, for example. Over time I thought that I just like to obsess and that's that.
Apart from that, I have always been interested in what motivates people and in human behaviour in general (the planets being in the 7th house).
I don't know of any hidden siblings and the thought of there being any really scares me. So that's something to do some research on maybe. I've been told my mother has had several abortions though. Don't know if it's true.
I noticed that using tertiary progression the conjunction is almost exact these days (it has an orb of about 5 degrees natally) so I find myself using more sharp tongue these days to the dismay of my relatives, ha ha.
I do like that aspect though... it does give depth of thinking in some way.

Vagabondgirl,
All aspects can be utilized constructively, including this one. Mercury conjunct Pluto does indeed give indication of the capacity for singular focus, following trains of thought through to the end, for good or bad. Depth of thought, concentration. Decisiveness also, even if it is not communicated.
I have a question:
Do you fit the description of Gemini rising? Or more like Taurus?

Ok, as long as Im active with some hard work I keep myself from becoming self destructive. When my mind is empty or I dont have any responsibilities I feel that I drift off to some bad place, like partying alot and perhaps unhealthy relationships. Then I just end up unhappy with myself. Im glad Im studying something interesting like medicine or who knows where I would be today:)
Im not sure about this taurus gemini thing. I have a sort of oval face, but it doesnt fit any of them? Im also not so tall, around 1,60 cm. My eyes are not big nor are they especially slented with medium lids I guess. My forehead is kind of semi rectangular, not so prominent but definately not round! Strong/high cheekbones, looks like I have baby fat on my cheeks or something:) I look a bit childish, so Ive heard. Like 25 going on 16:P
Then bigger front teeth than average:D Nose is kind of slender and straight, neither pointy nor eagle like. Neck is long and thin (Ive heard). Legs are slim but not really long.

It can also mean that you can get a message to the masses. In your house of work - maybe advertising etc (think of other things along those lines). Kannon is right - all aspects can be used constructively.
