concern about friend

I've got a very dear friend who happens to be in a rough spot in his marriage, and drew up a chart which ,being a newbie to this am having trouble interpreting.
What I'm trying to discern is what may be the nature of the situation, and if /when this marriage will survive or dissolve. i mean to be supportive of the situation but do not know the best possible way to do this

To demonstrate what a rookie I am, I posted the incorrect time - it's was 7:23 A.M. not P.M. - and, althought this may not be significant, The person I am referring to is a male, and yes, this inquiry was discussed between us, and he is quite overwhelmed by this, so much so I AM compelled to look into it, and no, I definitely intend to maintain my boundaries here.

So now,if using the 11th house as him, He would be rep'd by Merc (19 Leo,peregrine ), and she by Jup (11 Lib, peregrine).So would this be an applying sextile?
Do you also use Sun to represent the male as well as Moon and Venus to female?
If this is the case, Sun make no aspect to any of her significators, But Mercury (him, again) makes a conjunction( applying, again?) to Venus( 24 Leo, peregrine), and trines (separating ?) Moon (14 Sag).

Again, if the fourth is the outcome, it is represented by Venus, which again, Mercury is making an applying conjunction towards.

My interpretation of this would be to conclude that working towards a resolution may be in order for him.

Any Comments or Observations, here?
