Not having planets in your 10th is not a bad thing and not necessary.

I'm not surprised you're in the health care field since Virgo is a sign of service. This Midheaven sign also is associated with teaching. Its ruler, Mercury, is in detriment in Sagittarius, but I don't regard this as much of a disadvantage, since some of the most creative individuals I know have Mercury in Sagittarius. You're likely to see the "big picture", due to the Jupiterian influence. Mercury's conjunction to Uranus adds a burst of creativity.

This probably isn't as concrete as you'd like, but I think you would excel in any career that allows you to utilize the true force of your personality, that magnificent rising Sun. Communications may be emphasized with third house Mars in Aquarius; just be careful that you don't come across too strongly, with Mars square Pluto. It appears that Mercury may be at the midpoint between these planets, which adds an interesting dynamic. I certainly would not like to cross you!

This chart has a rather curious mixture of planetary signatures. I'm sensing great strength of personality with the Sun and Saturn in Scorpio conjunct the Ascendant, both opposing the North Node. These placements make me think of royalty, of strong yet brutal leadership in a past life; now you're trying to shift your focus upon others, upon relationships. This is likely to be an area of great learning for you, as well as great healing, with the presence of Chiron in the seventh house. I think this placement suggests the importance of communicating clearly with partners.

There's a lot here, and it's making me somewhat dizzy to try to connect the pieces. Right now, I'm looking at the collection of planets in the second house, including the two benefics Venus and Jupiter. Again, there are somewhat contradictory influences--Sagittarius is on the cusp of the second house, and its ruler, Jupiter is located within that house, which seems to indicate a rather expansive influence upon the realm of money and personal assets. Yet Jupiter's placement in Capricorn, in its detriment, seems to indicate that you're going to have to work hard to achieve the financial security you desire. Venus-Jupiter is a rather "fertile" combination, which may indicate an abundant output of creative work, or at least a cultivated appreciation of beautiful things. Capricorn suggests physical manifestation, so perhaps with this combination, you may seek to manifest ideals of beauty, and you may benefit financially from this? This is just a stab in the dark, really.

And finally, we have that social Libra Moon in the eleventh house. This is rather nice compliment to your Scorpio Sun because Libra allows you a greater ability to endear yourself to others, to appear less ruthless in your pursuit of goals. I suggest that you do not underestimate the power of professional contacts, individuals who may help you further your career goals. I think you can do whatever you want. This is a chart of someone who has their sights on a goal & will achieve it. I keep looking at the North node & Chiron in Gemini opposite all those planets, the squares to the Moon but the sextile to Uranus, which is conjunct Mercury (the ruler of your MC) & wonder if communicating something original, brilliant, would make you happy.

Actually this is correct in Equal house system Leo does rule 10th and is placed in first conj Asc
When a sun sign is conjunct a heavyweight planet from Saturn onwards, ie: Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, that sun person automatically becomes and honorary Saturian, Uranian, Neptunian and Plutonian cos the contact with very strong
So you sun conj Saturn will knock your confidence in presenting yourself and 'appear' more like a capricorn due to saturn/sun conjunction. Mercury is conj 2nd house cusp (anything within 5' going anti clockwise) is considered more effective in the next house along.
Mercury/uranus can get 'flashes' of intiutive inspiration, but it's whether you can ground and do anything with it, plus it can make you argumentative to.

Career options are assessed by MC any planets conjunct, where the ruler of MC is placed, it’s aspects, then 2nd house ‘how you earn your money’ and planets there, ruler of cusp and where it’s placed, then 6th house of ‘type of work you do’ any planets there and how they are aspected.

Ruler of 6th Aries/mars is placed in 3rd and this is where you energy/action is coming from and going to. So I bet you always on the fone, maybe even two. drive to fast, talk to fast and lots of running about in your neighbourhood

That stellium planets in capricorn in 2nd is important as has been mentioned earlier, ruler of 2nd in 2nd conj venus is very good for property, property management, estate agent work. Virgo MC likes to work behind the scenes with details, details and details. Both Virgo and Scorpio are extremely analytical and make excellent researchers and detectives
