This can have a wide variety of meanings:

It could be creating proper boundaries :saturn:with your children (5th house) through transforming :pluto: the way you deal with them.

It can also refer to you working on and transforming :pluto:issues from childhood (5th house)in regards to your dealing with authority figures.:saturn:
