Alright, so I posted here a few weeks ago, asking for an interpretation, but alas I just realized it was the wrong natal chart(I was born with a -8 GMT, but I kept changing it to +8, thinking it was UTC, yeah...)
Anyways, I just want to know I have any strong placements that stand out, or that are noticeable and apparent. If so, what do they mean?

Anyways, I just want to know I have any strong placements that stand out, or that are noticeable and apparent. If so, what do they mean? You have a lot of oppositions creating a 'see-saw' chart, you have stellium planets in Capricorn and mars is singletong ie: being only planet in fire element.
Singleton planets
“If a planet happens to be the only one in an element, quality, or house type, that planet is a Singleton and it can funnel all of the “energy” of the horoscope. This planet is often the most important one in the horoscope. In other words, if you just interpret the position of this one planet by sign, house, and aspect, you will get to the “heart of the horoscope”. The effect is the same as if that planet were the only one on one side of the chart.”

(There is a book out by Shirley Lyons Meier, "Elemental Voids, More than Meets the Eye", which gives a good discussion of missing elements.) The Inferior Function can be a source of great motivation and creative expression.

Your mars in 12th is quincunxed uranus in 5th
Mars Quincunx (Inconjunct) Uranus
"You want something different than the rest of society and this in itself is neutral. Your frustrations can arise because your manner of expression of your unique desires cuts against the grain of what other people expect from you and your methods don't achieve your goals. Slow down - your intensity and drive can leave you drained without getting you closer to your goals. Only when you are able to hold to a course of action for a long time are you able to get results. Your attempt at "quick wins" always requires you to start over."

This aspect can also suggest that you could suffer from sudden intermittent and painful things (healthwise)
mars in 12th
"Mars in the 12th House, which is not an easy placement for Mars. The energy can be stifled in this house. These children may often be afraid to assert themselves. They can feel defeated before they start, convinced that making any efforts to be seen, or heard, would be futile. The child could express this by being tired all the time. This attitude may have resulted from being with people who have not encouraged him or her very much. Somehow the self-confidence needs to be built and the courage instilled to disregard anyone that tries to inflict negativity."

having mars here suggests you could not or did not exert action and energy, possibly (worst case scenario) being bullied at school or by family members.
