Mars in Gemini vs. Pluto

My sister and two friends have Mars in Gemini. One shows the typical never finishes anything personality:

"Your energies get turned on very rapidly, and you work very quickly. You are inclined to start several projects at once and never finish any of them"

However, the other two both have Mars square Pluto. They both have really powerful "don't mess with me or I'll fight my corner and you'll lose". Very strong assertive energy to the extent that I guessed the man had Mars in a fire sign. The flighty gemini energy is not obvious at all.

Just thought I'd share this as I thought it was interesting! Any other comments about Mars in Gemini?

Dont have any experience with mars in gemini, that I know of.

But my friend has mars opposite pluto square her sun/moon conjunction, mars also squares venus. She is very dramatic in love. Like a time bomb or something? She never is satisfied with the guys she dates emotionally, and there are moments of real tantrum. She likes to argue with her boyriends, because it makes her feel well I think? She tends to hide her boyfriends from the public, not wanting to reveal their identity or tell people who she has been with and that kind. I think this is influenced by pluto? And also she is a very intense person and emotionally. But shes very smart and has a lot of energy.

Wow well that's some sweeping statements there. I have mars in gemini in 5th house and don't behave like this at all. My mars is sextile moon & pluto and square jupiter in 8th, which I see as a confidence aspect in acting (mars)
I will admit to being able to multitask, but have stellium planets in fixed taurus and will always finish what I start. You simply cannot take 'one aspect' within a natal chart and come out with 'cookbook' statements :wink:

This just shows that again, planet is modified by sign, where it expresses is house and how is by aspects. I assume the charts you researched had other aspects from their mars.

Mars square pluto can be given to violence or even attract it back, it gives a strong determined sexual energy.

Maybe the flighty gemini has their mars in 12th? therefore learnt not to exert their mars enregy due to bullying in childhood by family, school or partners. There can be untold reasons for this. Much better if you post charts and we talk specifics.
