Born at night

I've heard rumors that if you where born at night that your moon sign is stronger. Haven't found anything really expanding on this. This true?

Some astrologers believe this, especially for women, as the moon is the symbol of the mother.

I am not so sure. The sun seems very strong in both the 1st and 5th houses: these are below the horizon and indicative of a night birth.

To me the one potential exception is that Cancer moons always seem so strong when I see them in a chart. To me it sometimes seems to overpower a "weaker" sun.

I think it has more to do with having the moon below or above the horizon.I think having the moon above the horizon and the Sun below it,which means you were born at night,makes you more of an emotional person,while having the Sun above the horizon makes your personality stronger.
Me having the moon the most elevated planet in my chart,in cancer and strong,I know that.
