Background: I have some unscheduled interviews in Home (San Jose) as well as Seattle. The question came in order to find, whether going Seattle will be better. I have flight already booked for Seattle.

In the chart concerns:
1. Minor: Asc is in the area of via combusta. @ 20 Libra
2. Important: Star Senigus @ 17 Libra is loss through company and friends
3. Important: Star Foramen @ 22 Libra is peril

So does 1..3 indicates enough to abondon travel plan?

In chart home seems to be strong Sun and Venus in 4th with trine aspect of Saturn. But Moon makes first aspect square with Sun.

The 3rd house related to travel has Pluto/Mer squared by Saturn, but Moon makes trine with them later.

Which one is better tradeoff?

The last aspect theory indicates no, but moon is @ earlier degree, it travels almost entire sign. In this type of scenario, what is realistic approach?:

(Sat) 1/23/2010 2:53AM Sun (Aqu) Squ (Tau) Moon (Half Moon)
(Sat) 1/23/2010 4:19AM Moon (Tau) Tri (Cap) Pluto
(Sat) 1/23/2010 8:35AM Moon (Tau) Squ (Aqu) Venus
(Sat) 1/23/2010 2:07PM Moon (Tau) Tri (Cap) Mercury
(Sat) 1/23/2010 7:02PM Moon (Tau) Squ [Leo] Mars
(Sun) 1/24/2010 7:37AM Sun (Aqu) Tri [Lib] Saturn
(Sun) 1/24/2010 10:07AM Moon (Tau) Tri [Cap] North Node
(Sun) 1/24/2010 4:25PM Moon (Tau) Sex (Pis) Uranus
(Sun) 1/24/2010 5:42PM Moon (Tau) Squ (Aqu) Chiron
(Sun) 1/24/2010 7:02PM Moon (Tau) Squ (Aqu) Neptune
(Mon) 1/25/2010 3:11AM Moon (Tau) --> Gemini

horay is a different set of rules than other astrology i dont think its used.

So ill give you what i think,
you are venus combust in your 4th house of home.. so chart is showing what you are asking!
and perhaps you are not wanting to go home being combust or worried about something there.

if its close travel its 3rd house if its overseas its 9th

I see the moon is going to square you and its in your house of others/ partners...

your 9th is ruled by mercury in the 3rd of short trips
your 3rd is ruled by jupiter which is strong in the 5th and conjunct moon.

Is there anything connected romantically to these places for you?

Id say take the short trip.. im sorry i dont know where you are now!

There is nothing romantic, it is related to unscheduled job interviews. In am in home San Jose. Both places it is expected. Due to bad economy, I don't want to give chance to recruiter that I was out of town so lost opportunity.

Thanks

id stay home as jupiter ruler of short trips is in a better position also as the moon is in a good aspect with it.

but wait for a more experianced persons responce, I think this question is alittle out of my depth

Hi,

So, as I gather, the 'complete' question is 'Should I go to Seattle to take some job interviews?' making this a job question. It is imperative in Horary to formulate the actual question clearly and completely - lets the astrologer, or us Astrology students here know what exactly to look for in the chart.

In the attached Placidus chart (in Horary, the Regiomontanus-house system is more common), Ven (you), though angular and placed in the end-of-the-matter house, is combust (very weak), which perhaps reflects your wavering mind and doubts about going to Seattle to take the interviews. The Moon (job here), on the other hand, is very strong through its dignity in Taurus, plus angularity through the 7th house (of your competitors). The Moon in the 7th can show the employer's interest in your competition, or that he will have a lot of competition up for you. Note that the competition (Mars) is also placed in the job/employer's house, the 10th, so seeking that particular job, too, though not so strong at the moment either through being rx. The Moon will, right after squaring the Sun, square Ven next, thus establishing an aspect between the querent and the quesited. The squ might hint at some obstacles or struggle, be this in the form of your own wavering-ness and/or the competition, etc. The Moon first squaring the Sun (lord of the 11th H) brings me to the question - whether any of your friends have also applied for one/more of the same job(s), or you got to know any of the Seattle jobs through your friend, etc, or if it's just your strong desire to get one of those jobs in Seattle?

Edit: I'll take the trip to Seattle to be signified by Jup, ruling house 3 (as it's not an overseas trip for you - H9), and we see that there is no aspect between Jup and Ven. On that basis, one could think that you might not take the trip. That said, we do see that the Moon (employer/job) has just finished applying to Jup, so maybe the interview(s) will get scheduled and you would take the trip, and esp. as there soon will also be an aspect also between Ven and the Moon and both are angular.

Thanks AQ7 and DiDi.

Most likely I'll cancel to stay 2-3 days here and take another flight for rest of week there.
