The chart shows Mercury, ruler of the 7th house, entering by retrogradation in the 5th house, so it looks like someone you already know/had some relationship with could sneak into your heart.

You met this person in routine, daily activities or during work, he seems to be an important person, but not your superior, not connected directly with your job duties, just some other person one meets while at work.
