Thank you so much!
From the chart, I believe I'm represented by Saturn (1st house ruler) and he is represented by Sun (7th house ruler). Since I'm represented by Saturn does this mean it is bad?
Not at all. Saturn is a planet like any other.
Saturn conjuncts with Sun and Moon has an applying aspect towards Sun & Saturn.
The Sun at 5.07 Leo is separating from the conjunction with Saturn at 1.26 Leo. This would mean that you're not going to get closer to this person than you got so far.
HOWEVER, the Moon is separating from Saturn and applying to the Sun, linking the two planets again ! This is named a translation of light and acts like an intermediary. It (the Moon) represents a person/situation that helps your relationship. As the Moon is in the second house and rules the sixth house - this person/situation could be money, work or health related.
However (again) this translation of light is not supported by reception between the two main significators and the Moon. This makes it difficult to be act effectively.
The Moon in horary is considered as a co-significator of the querent, therefore it also represents you. As the Moon's aspects are squares it means my conclusion is that you're making huge efforts to make this relationship work, you invest time, money, effort, health in it, yet it seems to bring relatively little results.
Your relationship/chances for marriage has/have reached a peak some time ago (the Sun-Saturn conjunction at the beginning of Leo), but now it seems to be fading away.
As I can figure it out from this chart, there are some chances for you two to marry, but only with efforts/sacrifices.
It is also worth to notice Venus' opposition with Uranus - which raises a question mark.

There is a translation of the light between the significators: Saturn and the Sun, as the previous poster acknowleged.
But are the two significators also combust? Meaning Saturn is within 8 1/2 degrees of the Sun, albeit separating from the Sun, but still within orb of aspect.
If you believe the rules regarding combustion, it is an unfortunate occurence. So this might also point to a "no" answer.
I would appreciate hearing from others regarding their experiences delineating combust planets and the chart outcome.
