Dear all,
I have noticed that when the asc is over 27 it is being considered that it is too late to ask the question. Where does it start to be in that way? What about 24? 25? What happens if it is 0 degree? Is there any link to explain the characteristic of asc's in those charts?
Thanks
Jasmine

when the degrees are from 0 to 3, the question is either pre-mature or off the top of the querent's head. Changes will arise and the situation is yet to evolve.
When the degrees are from 27 to 30, the question is old or has been asked before. Sometimes it means that the querent is just testing horary or already has enough information to know the answer without the need for horary which is then being used only for confirmation.
The degrees past 3 and before 27 are fine.
It's important to note that you could still look at a chart that has an early or late ASC as long as you keep in mind what that ASC means.

I recently asked a horary question in which the Ascendant degree was 26 Scorpio 36'5"--not quite 27 degrees, but pretty darn close.
Is the chart still fit for judgment?
