Could my birth certificate be wrong?

Okay I have not ventured in to this checking on birth time as I was happy where things were till I noticed Uranus coming to the angles soon. I thought I better start getting my tweekascope out to check all the progressions and solar returns etc.
I was born at 1:21 in the morning or so my birth certificate shows. My mother wanted to have me free from drugs so hid her labor from her doctor thus when the doctor arrived, bleary and confused about what was going on things were happening rather fast.
The reason why I asked is if you look at my chart using 1:21 moon and sun are 8 + 3 or 5 degrees from all the angles thus I should be able to predict that something happened in my family at or around 11 to 13 years of age. Hmmm and something important too.
BUT.....here is the catch. When I was 8 years old my parents bought in on property in Maine and that summer and every summer from then on we spent in Maine. (The were professors and had the time to take off) This was the single most important event in my life as I was removed every year from my friends and home, traveled 22 hours away and lived somewhere else where there was (at first) no running water, no indoor plumbing, no tv. All that came a little at a time.
Now to confirm my theory if I use this new time of 1:15 then solar arc Pluto is at 3:33 LIbra and DC/AC is at 3'22 when my son was born. However at the 1:21 time Pluto is at 3'33 Libra and MC is at 3'23...okay hmmm
Second piece of evidence. Fast forward.
Solar arc Uranus is fast closing on MC/IC and is now at 1' 23 Libra. It should square my MC/IC next year sometime. However, this summer in an abrupt and unexpected fashion my mothers doctor announced that she can not live by herself in our old family home of 45 plus years and we moved her out this summer. If I use this new time of 1:15 the MC/IC line is at 2:00 of Capricorn and Uranus is just minutes from exact to this line. The house has not sold yet.
If I use the 1'21 for birth time I should expect something to transpire unexpectedly next year around Oct when it will be with in one degree range of the MC/IC axis..
.hmmm...does anyone have any thoughts on this? I kind of scratch my head as the birth certificate is so specific. Could the doc have just been so blurry eyed or waited to check the clock? or some such. Has anyone had this experience in checking their solar arcs and so forth?

ok, so SA Uranus is now 3' approach Desc and last year conj your Vertex? what happened?

Thing with Pluto is, it's long reaching and for 'timings' look for the retrograde hit. My father died when conj my MC and I gave my mother 3dates-- it was also conj her Sun also. But pluto can have 2 retrogrades, but we knew how ill my father was and it didn't seem feasible for him to last another year.....

The first hit at 3' is going to be end of this year. Now T Saturn is on your vertex now--- has anything happened with relationships?

What happened end August when T mars was conj IC 3'cancer? were you very active in the home, with family members?

T merc and mars are most noticeable over Angles and it's worth diarising dates for these two to 'check' your time of birth.

I don't usually use Desc for SA but age 12 the chart you posted is SA moon conj Desc-- did you relocate then? SA IC onto mercury age 2-- poss another sibling born/male. Age 11 SA Sun onto IC-- did you or your father become more involved in family matters, decisions, excursions?
Age 1.5 SA MC onto Saturn - poss a parent came out of work, or wasn't around much?

Age 29 SA Jupiter onto MC -- did you travel? get lucky in career, become known for doing something Saturnian/10th house?

I think you have a point with the 22hrs travelling but you need to check the other SA's first and then plot the Transits of mars and mercury over the Angles --- very telling...
