Getting the job

Dear all!
In this chart below the person asks the question whether she will get the job or not.
I got the Asc. 9 Libra and its ruler Venus in 8th house in 28 Taurus . 10th house ruler Moon is 20 Taurus in the same house with Venus and it is about to conjunct Venus. Only from this I thought it is a "yes" situation. However Venus is about to change its sign. Does that mean something?

This chart is full of contrarieties! Quarent is represent with Ve at 28Ta09 in 8H, not so happy house. Ruler of job is in 8 H too and will conjuct Ve (before it change sign), that is "yes" answer to this question. But ASC is in conjuct with very unfortunate fix star Vindemiatrix and that does not fit somehow in this chart. I suppose when someone get job he/she is happy. But position of rulers and ASC tell us a different story. Bacause Ve is in sign which exalts Moon, maybe quarent see that job in better light that it is real, so maybe quarent will be disapointed with that job at the end.

Thanks for your answer. It is a funny chart I agree. However Venus, the ruler in an unfortunate house in the 8th is about to change its sign and house so that it will be in the 9th house and in Gemini which is again not a good placement for Venus I guess. Do you think the fact that Venus in 28 Taurus and about to change its sign, ease the bad placement a bit?
