Past life birth date and location

I just started reading The Divine Life by A.T. Mann.
I think his approach is quite interesting, although I doubt how exact his past life time tables are.
Did anyone match their past life memories with Mann's time tables?
According to my past life dreams I must have been born around 1860,
I also have vivid memories about the 1870s and 1880s (clothing, architecture, events)
But according to Mann I was born in 1895.
I haven't finished the book yet, so perhaps I didn't grasp his theory fully yet ;)

I've also been reading something about Astrocartography.
And that it's possible to find the place where you might have been born in the past,
by looking at certain planets and aspects.
Especially the moon nodes are important.
I've created an astrographical chart on astro.com,
but I'm not sure how to read this chart from a karmic point of view.
Does anyone has experience with this and can explain me how this works?

I know that the where-and-when is only a minor issue when it's about karmic astrology,
but if it's possible to extract a past life character and past life issues from a birth chart,
the when-and-where is perhaps also to find out.

And of course I want to know how much my karmic horoscope and past life memories do match.
Until now I was only impressed by the stories of the moon nodes and their houses.
But when A.T. Mann says that I was born in May, when my moon says that I was born in November,
and my memories say that I was born in February, I start doubting :rolleyes:

The info I found on astro.com

In esoteric astrology, the axis of the Moon's Nodes is seen as the point where past and present incarnations touch. The position of the South Node indicates our karmic past and origin. How this relates to Astro Maps cannot be fully discussed here. Theoretically speaking though, the connection between the South Node and the IC line (which corresponds on the Astro Map to the North Node/MC), could give an interesting indication about past incarnations.

The only person I have found is Lineman who purports to be able to
tell you the time and place of your last life, and some of the dynamics.
Most other karmic folks cannot really give you specific past life info, only generalities.

If you give me your birth info I can look it up for you. It is actually kind of fun to check it out. I do not know how valid it is, but it is fun!

Lineman's YOUR PRENATAL ECLIPSE (1992).
It is a oldie but goldie.

Poor editing, impossible to see visuals, etc.
But really the best I have seen on the PNSEs.
Some of her books are out of print, you have to hunt for them.

And Brady's work treats PNSE almost as an aside and more
pertinent to transits than natal interpretation.

If anyone wants to do some work in this area, it is wide open.
Badly needed updates and work in the area.

As an interesting aside, I have tried to verify Lineman's techniques.

So when I get the info to you, if you can tell me if it matches your sense of a past life I would be very interested.

A good friend of mine is a highly trained talented clairvoyant and does past life readings. She and I went over several natal charts in which I had used Lineman's formula, and it looked like Lineman was really close to what the psychic was picking up. The psychic quibbled a bit about Lineman's time lines, ie that one year between lives equals one degree in the formula. The psychic thought it was closer to 6 months per degree. So when I give you the info I am going to give it to you both ways and see what you think.

Although I must admit that I never had a past life regression or reading,
but that I only had a few past life dreams.
I have no real validation or whatsoever.

And another thing, natal charts show our latest past life,
and what if I remember the life before that?
Anyway, let's just see what happens.

Keep in mind that the whole idea of linear time is a human invention.

Some think that past lives may not be sequential, incarnations may be more
like a merry go round, we can hop on or off at any point.

And some think also that all past lives are not literal. The memories may be encoded in our soul DNA for some reason, perhaps like a message or parable for our learning. I do not think it really matters, we are being given messages from the Divine that have great personal meaning and instruction.

And these are just a few of the concepts to think about. As you can see it is complex, and does not make for an easy interpretation.

On the Lineman technique I can give you an area location, and then perhaps make some educated guesses on the most likely spots within that area.

And natal charts give an indication of the themes of many past lives, not just the last one. Lineman tries to nail down the last one.
