Saturn in Leo and out of Cancer; Good for Capricorns....

I'm a little baffled and wondered if anyone else has noticed this. It was supposed to be a REALLY GREAT thing for Capricorns FINALLY getting rid of Saturn in Cancer on July 16th. Well, being that I have Sun, Mer, Mars and Saturn himself all in Capricorn in my chart, I had really expected to get some relief and see things ease up for the first time in a couple of yesrs....okay, granted I have natal Saturn at 29 degrees of Cap as well; so being a bit down would be normal....BUT....I have three Capricorn friends either by Sun sign or Ascendent, ALL waiting on Home/Real Estate things to cut loose so they can get on with their lives, and all are still in this holding pattern like nothing happened. Every time the OLD MAN has moved out of a tough pattern before Good things have happenec within a week, like a reward of sorts....but not this time. WONDERING WHY and can't seem to see it though I look at the charts everyday.

Emerald, I to have been expericening the same slow... drawn...out ...wait for my rewards. But don't forget that we just came out of a Cancer opposition, so at this time in our charts we are sowing seeds to reap later during trines and conjcts. My Sun Cap, Mer Cap/Aqu, Ven (which opposes this Merc Retro) Ven Sag/Cap, Mars Cap/Aqu, Jupiter Cap,(squares Lib), I will tell you what I have been taught by my astrologer...."just take on the personality of the sign closet to the unfortunate one"....become neutral and learn the lessons that need our attention now or the Big Payoff may remain out of our reach until we do, then we can venture out of the woods of stagnation (stagnation is an attribute of Cap). So stay positive and create as much good karma now in order to enjoy the effects of it later, even if confronted with some unpleasant supprises or old demons. Claim responsibiliy to them Bless them and youself and move on.

Keeping in mind that this depends on individual charts ... I have cap rising, with nn, mars, chiron there, tough aspects (natal saturn in Scorpio in the 9th). But, reading your post I see this:

Me too, waiting for this real estate deal I have been working on for MONTHS, literally, and several different companies, and have gotten close 4 times before today and they all fell through, and at 9:00 a.m. est this morning, it closed. what a relief. so, I think it's coming, just wait, mine broke this morning, so keep hope! Saturn does leave a gift, I had been counting the seconds. I think what's important to remember here is that the UNIVERSE doesn't do time like we do. An hour to us is something entirely different in the universe. So keep us updated cause I think these things we've all been longing for are gonna start popping! Honestly, I was this close to putting the house up for sale, I was even packing some things, cause I couldn't get it refinanced and suddenly this morning, viola. Hang in there fellow caps!

You're awesome...thanks for the input. My best friend, the Capricorn ascendent one called last night and said she closed on her loan yesterday morning!!! How weird is that given your ascendent? I've been waiting so long for this Saturn transit to end that I almost cry when someone says that relief is on the way....I worry though because I have a degree libra ascendent and a 29 degree natal Saturn in the fouth house...and wonder if I'm just going to be in hell for some time to come. I did a horary question on when I'd sell the house and got told it would be YEARS....if that's true, I am soooo ******* because with transiting Saturn in the tenth house; I've been unable to find permanent work where I moved to. I'm getting slaughtered and I need to unload this house and MOVE. So yeah...I'm about scared witless by my OWN chart right now. Sometimes when you're Saturns Child you really wonder when it all ends...because I'm so tired of gaining wisdom I could puke some days. And you know, as a kid, I once said that when I got old...I wanted to be WISE. Enough already. YUCK.

i have 4 planets in cap,including saturn,and i had been eaitin 4 this 2 happen u know get rid of the opposition of th 2 saturns,but heck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!it entered leo:opposition with sun&venus,square with moon,mars,jupiter,pluto.............mein gott!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!which is worse ?this situation or the one in the past 2 years with sat op sat,mer,ura,nep and conj.with kiron?????????????i think the final relief may come after the next 2 years....... :?

Hi EE: whoa, look at that chart, I thought mine was tight, the funniest thing about it is that I am so attracted, maybe not the right word, the people closest around me have the same type chart, including my kids, my best friends, as I do, and you too :roll:

Anyway ... yep, Cap Sun/Libra Rising; me Libra Sun/Cap Rising, we must have so much in common!

Then a heavy third house (communications/relatives), with Pluto taking up residence there until January 25, 2008, so I expect that all your issues will be surrounding that type of stuff heavy duty, as it slowly but surely makes all its hits, as you can see in your chart, the sextile lines from your natal Pluto into those third house planets, it will activate those issues in your life, but, that's coming up. Right now, I see the Saturn transit you were talking about, but what I think intensifies it so much and what is freaking you out, is transiting Chiron, hitting natal Saturn, in your fourth house of home and parents and it's almost directly opposite that transiting Saturn in your tenth house of career and status. Chiron is your wounds, your deepest scars, all that, fascinating stuff. So it all ties together, the things you were writing about before. Try to do some research, research, research about that, as others already know, I'm a Chiron freak and that's a significant transit. Being a Saturn-person anyway as you are, this has to have quite an impact and it will be interesting to hear where this is all taking you. I could direct you to links if you want, e-mail me, there are great references here in this site, and wilson always puts you in the right direction, just ask him.

Just keep repeating to yourself ... there are no good or bad planets, there are no good or bad planets ... you do not need to be "scared witless" by your own chart. There such a thing as free will and see you are already more advanced than others because you are actively seeking out answers sweetie. Take the aspects as they are and work WITH them, don't let them bully you, that's what this is all about! They are all there for a reason.

I'm a 29º Cappy, with nSaturn at 6º Leo, so, I am feeling what you and your friends are feeling. Been looking to buy a house for the last 2-3 years, and can see light at the end of the tunnel. All this and getting my 2nd Saturn return. How do I cope?

Hi all, I enjoy coming to the forum and reading your fine stuff, I am a Sag rising however my chart takes a quick turn so the houses read Cap rising, you are all talking about Houses homes etc. realestate, trying to buy, what is in our, your charts that is bringing this up the realestate I mean, I don't see it, I think the 7th/8th house has saturn, mars in the 5th, uranis in the 3rd. ??????? what am I missing, I too am working on a home. and for two years it's been hard and I have confussion with it. can anyone sheed any light.

Hi All, this is my first post here. Its so nice to recognize some of the name's here too.

My Sun is 1 degree Capricorn 2' so you bet I was jumping with joy knowing that Saturn was changing clothes and would be looking rather lionish for the next 2 years. I've now lived - make that survived - 2 transits of Saturn through Cancer (and of course opposing my Sun) and I can tell you they both were the absolute hardest, worst, most difficult and dark times of my entire life! I find that slightly strange actually. It was such overkill.

I have thankfully noticed improvements since He entered Leo and the spotlight is no longer on my home, both physical and non, external and internal. Give Him time however, for I'm sure we'll all be feeling like tired, overburdened, emotionally supressed drama Kings and Queens soon enough! :wink:

Well, now that Mercury's retrograde has ended (today! *whew*), the house-selling should go a bit smoother for you all. Selling a home/signing contracts, etc. really isn't such a good idea during a Mercury retro anyway...

Things will be running a bit smoother for everyone now! :D

Hi Capricorn ppl, :D

i am a capricorn too, i've got a very tough period since the beginning of JULY till now .. i thought it was because of mercury retrograde but it's still dragging till today especially regarding my love life.. can anybody see my chart and tell me what is the reason, and if i have any hope that i will have brighter days in the near future ??
i feel everything is scrambled down .. :(
