Baby next year?

I'm doing this chart out of curiosity in respect of a friend to see if she'll have a baby next year. It doesn't seem particularly positive to my very amateur eye. Her significator - Mars - is conjunct MC & Saturn in Leo, squaring up to Jupiter (ruler of 5th) and the AC, and also square Moon in Taurus. I know that Jupiter generally signifies positive outcomes, but it looks like there'll be problems getting there? Any comments welcome:

The ASC is in Scoprio. Scoprio is a fruitful sign, but not very much so.
Her significator, Mars, is in Leo, which is a barren sign.
The baby's significator os in Scoprio which, again, is a fruitful sign, but not very much so.
The Moon is in Taurus which is more fruitful than barren.

What's interesting is that Jupiter Rx and Mars have already separated from a square. The Moon has also separated from Jupiter Rx. Both separations are by around one degree (more or less).

Mars Receives Jupiter Rx by Sign, triplicty and face. Jupiter Rx doesn't receive Mars at all (except by out-of-sect triplicty).

Jupiter Rx is in the 1st house.

It seems that your friend is having trouble in conception. But all those placements show that either she was already pregnant when you asked the question or she came very close. However, the state of Jupiter is not very good. Maybe the unborn child is or likely to be in physical trouble.

As for next year, I don't know. All the aspects are separating. We need applying aspects to judge. Without them, the answer is no.

The final lunar aspect is a conjunction with Venus, the significator of her husband or partner. I suppose that's a good sign.
