This person has Pluto (transformation, also control) conjunct Midheaven (outer world) conjunct Saturn (duty, also authority), so she may want to have control and be the authority in the outside world. This conjunction opposes (energy is over-excited by) Venus (relationships) conjunct Nadir (inner world), so this controlling attitude involves her deeply felt relationships. When you took control and got rid of this person, she lost control. So now she is trying to gain it back by becoming a stalker. You currently have transiting Pluto conjuncting your Descendant (others), so you may have others wanting to control you in some way right now. Instead, keep control of the situation and do what you need to do to stay in control. There is no easy way to deal with "control-freaks"...but giving into them is not a solution.
