Hello everyone- I am very new to astrology and have some questions I hope you can help me with. My father asked me to find Egyptian artifacts that belong to my grandmother who passed away 6 years ago. I'm not 100% sure that I am not reading more into the chart because I know some of the details. I'd appreciate any help you can offer. I am going to attempt to post the chart and tell you what I interpret so far. Please be honest if I am way off, I really want to learn and understand. Thanks in advance.

The thing I'm most confused about is "am I the querent?" my father has asked me to find these items, I chose to ask the question. But shouldn't I look to my "fathers houses" for significant information. Please feel free to move this or let me know if I should put it somewhere else.

ok this is what I have so far, again don't be shy- please tell me if I am interpreting the rules wrong!
as the querent my father is (rep by H4 Aries) mars?
Mars is in the 7th H (4th house end of matters for my father)?
My grandmother would be House 1 ( 10th house of my father)
her posessions would = h2? so the artifacts would reresented by Saturn?
Saturn conjunct mercury
Saturn conjunct Sun ( would sun also be co-ruler of my father?)
would moon represent me as querent ( I think moon can be co-ruler of lost objects)?
am I on the right track???? I'm so confused. LOL

The chart you posted has expired. Can you please post the chart data?
When your father asked you to find the items, did you use that time to erect the chart? Or did you use another time -- like, when you were ready?
Plus, it is a two part question. It is best to keep the question very simple. But I think this question should be ok for finding the artifacts.

I asked the question using the time I thought of the idea. I hope that helps. Thanks in advance.

Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you. Yes, I agree that you are on the right track. Some things that stood out to me:
The Asc represents you and your grandmother (10th of 4th). Were you close to your grandmother?
The moon always co-rules lost items. Being in the 12th conj. the Asc and applying sextile to Jupiter (ruler of you and grandma) I think, says that you are getting the artifacts (maybe you will find them).
Now not having any details (which you referred to) I may be on the wrong track but assuming that since your grandmother is dead (moon conj asc in 12th?) that the artifacts now belong to your father. So the 2nd of the 4th is the 5th ruled by Venus in the 6th of the turned chart. So I would look at 6th house matters/places.
Also interesting is the second part of your question: money. That would also be the 2nd of the 4th - ruled by Venus.
Another thing to think about is again the wording of your question: you asked about your grandmother's things (although they appear to belong now to your father).
So, if we go that way, the 1st is grandma (10th of 4th) and the 2nd her possessions - Saturn in the 9th. Saturn rules old things and the 9th rules foreign things. So the 9th looks like the right place to look. If that is correct, then they would be far from you, possibly in a foreign country. And again legal matters fall in the 9th. If in a house look in the attic, upper floors, library or reading room. SSW. Neptune is in the same degree as the 2nd. They are most likely very hidden from sight. Saturn in an air sign indicates high places.
Hope this helps.
