I'm not so sure myself...

Hi, born Dec. 4th, 1990 at 8:36 AM in Alexandria, Virginia.

I've noticed that I keep getting these strange bumps, almost looking like bug bites (but keep appearing at too fast a rate to BE bug bites) appearing on my skin. The first time it happened was on my elbow, and when the bumps go down it becomes dry and irritated. Kind of like a scab. Now I'm getting them on my hands, and these small almost ant looking bites appear on my fingers... and on my left hand on one of my knuckles where I had one small bite there is one of those scabs... I'm going to go to the doctor for this, but I'm wondering if you could find reasons why in my chart. I can find no explanation for the time being.

Hi,
Elbows/hands are ruled by Gemini/ Mercury. Gemini rules your 6th house, associated with physical complaints.
Fast and irritative sounds a bit like Mars.
Scabs are crusted skin, sounds like Capricorn/Saturn.

By coincidence you have Mercury in Capricorn in the 1st house inconjunct (associated with health issues) 5th house Mars in Gemini.
You could have a heat rash that irritates the skin and blisters every time Mercury or Mars makes an 'irritating' aspect to either natal Mercury-Mars. Mercury also rules Virgo, so maybe something is inwardly aggravating you and/or getting on your nerves but which you don't talk about and get off your chest, and subsequently can react as dermatogical problems.
The 5th house refers to the parent-child relationship and Mars rules your 4th house. 5th is also high school.
You are at an age when puberty has set in, with all its consequences. School *****, parents aren't interested and/or don't understand, friends are busy with their own lives, and the 'love interest' of your life hasn't yet noticed you. At 15, these are MAJOR issues.

You are wise to seek medical attention for the complaint, but perhaps you could also have a think about any 'rashness' on your part ?;):)

Haha, thanks. That at least gives me a reason to why it might be doing what it's doing ^_^ I think it might very well be stress, since there has been a lot of that in my life lately
