Me too!! Horary for new relationships...

Ok ok, I know this part of the forum features constant requests for insight into matters of the heart, but I can resist no longer, I have to post one too!!

I have never done a horary, this is the first question I ever asked.

What I asked was: Tell me about new relationships (long term, short term, all of the above, of a sexual nature) :D

Perhaps it will help if I say that I have not been in any serious relationship for a few years, and have recently moved interstate, so everyone I meet these days is new. I had a look at the chart myself, and following the (very basic) rules of deduction I've managed to grasp, it looks contradictory, like I'm not going to get what I think that I want :)

It looks like what I want is something serious, committed, long term, and I am more likely to meet someone who is **** charming and activates everything to do with the fifth house. Perhaps that's not such a bad thing, but the chart has a lot more tension than it does resolution...hmm.

Any observations, small or large, will be very much appreciated!

Well..

You your significator is the ruler of the sign on the first house. Normally this should be Saturn in Leo. However, I find that the almuten of the 1st house (Mars) is more decriptive of your situation since it has just moved to a new sign and is in Leo, the sign of romance and sex, which is what you are interested in. Mars also describes the same thing by natural rulership. If we choose Saturn, we find it in huge essential dibility, does not describe your open outlook on life and love right now.

So you are signified by Mars. A potential romance/sex partner is signified by Venus, the ruler of the 5th house. Venus is in Taurus in the 5th house having both essential and accidental dignity. This is not good or bad. It simply means that such partner is self-consumed at the moment.

There's collection of light between Mars and Venus giving a yes answer to your question. But this collection is through Jupiter Rx, which happens to be an accidental malefic in this chart that is also suffering great essental debility and is coloured by the sign of abuse and extremes. It is a ruler of the 11th house. The collection takes place through a square and an opposition.

In short, yes, you'll meet a potential romance partner soon, possibly through (a) friend(s). But if you hook up, you are highly likely to break-up or regret it in the future.

I'd also like to take a look at the 7th house for serious relationship. A potential serious partner is signified by the Moon. There's a partile sextile between your significator and the Moon showing that you are likely to meet a serious artner very soon. It's also interesting that the Moon has just moved to a new sign like your significator. However, Mars is peregrine and the Moon has only essential dignity by face. It's in the detriment of Mars. This may mean something there's someone out there who is just right for you, but neither one of you is doing anything about it. It's likely that you are not noticing them at all.
