moon in the 1st house with taurus asc and scorpio ruler of 7th..what doe sthis mean?

in this chart of mine,venus is the ascendant and moon is the depositor of 1st house..it mean that moon is exalted here as moon is always exalted in taurus ...now its relationship with my soulmate ie my 7th house-mars is the ruler of 7th house..though venus and mars were in love with each other,still dont understand that why are they considered enemies in our beautiful astrological world? should i consider this chart as a positive one or a negative one?as the only which i am not being able to understand is the relationship between these 2 houses..i request you to clear my doubt..
