Been unemployed for a year now. Getting sick with worry.

I was offered good money to leave my last job which I took because I was bored and fed up.

In between I did a bit of travel but I have been actively job hunting since October 2005. I'm curious to know when something will materialise because I haven't been getting much response though a number of recruiters have said my resume is first class and sells me well.
