I want to move back to previous place where using astrocartography I had saturn on the descendent and venus on the midheaven. The relocated chart puts pluto in the 4th house.
My question is: how to work in a positive way with that pluto and saturn?
I figure with saturn in 7th - business relationships can be good & they were. Relationships
required awareness. Venus on the midheaven made me social and I do want to focus on the arts - venus. So Pluto is about power, death, deep change, etc. - not really stuff I want going on in the 4th house. I did have problems there with neighbors and moved a lot which I don't want so wonder about working with that pluto in the 4th house in a positive way??
I figure if I use the pluto positively maybe I can avoid the bad pluto. How about my interest in organic gardening - could that be a pluto thing in my home environment.

pluto wants transformation within the home roots, control, power authority. Also depends how pluto is aspected natally. You will always have the same aspects as the natal chart. Problems with neighbours would be a 3rd house issue, not fourth. Also it depends if its conj IC or just in 4th house too. Need to see the natal and relocated chart if you want more in depth info...

Thanks. On the relocated its in the 4th, not conjunct the cusp. Natally its in the 3rd.
I lived there before and felt that I unhooked from family karma there.
I'm into gardening and growing my food so I think that could be a good use of Pluto in 4th - regeneration, etc. Natal: 3/8/55, 12:12 pm EST, chattanooga TN.
Thanks again!
