Progressed Sun conjunct venus in 12th house

hi, it's me again sorry!! :rolleyes:
in a few days my progressed sun will conjunct venus. natally venus is in the 12 house and my progressed sun will also be maneuvering in the 12th house. if this was occuring in another house i could perhaps put my amatuer spin on it and figure out what it's about but since all i know about the 12th hosue is it stands for endings, secrets, and hidden things i was wondering how this could affect my life. i don't have a complicated one. could it mean a love affair with someone married or taken? i can't see that ever happening i have a good head on my shoulders, never been that type and i believe way too much in karma but it was something i could see pertaining to this progression i guess.
i also thought since venus=beauty, & 12th house=secrets maybe i
will find a cure for my skin condition that i hide under my clothing and basically no one except my CLOSE friends know about (and purely by accident :sad:) ?? i can't really come up with anything else. basically i just want to know how this progression can manifest in relation to the 12th house...ok thanks in advance!!

12th house is a psychic house, like the 4th and the 8th.
The 4th house is the house of endings, not the 12th.

The 12th house deals a lot with karmic matters (hence the hidden thing), a lot works on a subconscious level in that house. In worldly matter it deals with places of retreat, like clinics, hospitals.

Now with progressed Sun transiting your 12 where it has entered when you were around 6 years old, you will probably have become a bit more reclusive,a bit less Gemini, communicative or just needing once in a while to be by yourself more.

Sun conjuncting your Venus in 12 will bring the focus of selfexpression onto Venus, an artistic planet by nature and it is possible that you could engage in something artistic which you can do by yourself, in your own private surroundings.

Venus is nicely aspected to Moon, Mars and Neptune which does show love for music or poetry. So maybe you want to do more with your creative talent.

It can indeed also show that you will be more focussed on relationships because Venus rules your 7th. I cannot really see the skin condition here as bad skin is often associated with Saturn. Maybe the Saturn in your 1st has to do with this and Venus is really nicely aspected. Transiting Saturn is conjunction your natal Sun, that could also cause ailments. A medical astrologer can see more about this I guess.

thank you for the help!! my progressed moon is about to enter gemini in a few weeks and it's on the 8th house cusp (different than the 8th house?) and i have no idea where the venus is. sorry!
well i've been neglecting everything lately and i've been eyeing a medical job that requires artistic talent so hopefully it means i will hone that skill again so i can use it at work. ugh i hope no relationships come my way. maybe a karmic friendship haha. anyway my skin condition, astrology wise, is due to saturn in the 1st and pluto(in scorpio) conjunct my ascendant (also scorpio) at 0 degrees and since mars(in sagittarius) is the ruler of scorpio i was told to check the degrees and it's at an "azimene degree" aka lame deformity degree :sad:

GOD i know there is a better way to say all that haha but i'm an astrology novice and my son is throwing a huge fit right now lol. anyway all of this may not even come to form if i can't get myself out of the house! i'll try but i don't know if i'll be able to. it's ncie to know if i DID leave the house (havent for a year, last time was 3 years! ouch thanks saturn) that i could perhaps have some nice luck. that's why i keep asking a million questions on here, i;m trying to find a good reason to leave, so thank you to you and everyone who has taken time to help me understand all of this better!!

funny, i am testing my prog sun conj natal venus in the 2nd house of libra,

Everyone I think I've found a temporary solution to attachments. If you upload via your control panel and save to your album and then copy and paste the link into your thread --- this seems to work. Only slight problem you may have to trim the size down to fit ie: 600 x 600 in some kind of software or accessories/paint first.

Another idea (from eedwards) was to have two internet explorer windows open (but not full view obviously) and simply drag and drop chart from one window to another. Just remember to either (anonymize if posting a friends chart) and reduce to 63% in Extended chart selection

A member advised me of this ---
“I cast the chart on astro.com right, and saved it to the computer. Then I have an account on photobucket (which is Free) and uploaded it there. After it is saved there you can assess url, links to the pic. One is an "img" kind of link, you just copy and paste in the post, and after you have posted, it shows up as a chart there”

The 12th is the most difficult to assess cos it's a cadent house to.
Houses: angular houses 1/7 4/10 the energies of planets placed here are obvious cos it's your 'shop window' visible for everyone to see. Next the succeedent houses 2/8 & 5/11 the energies in these houses are not in shop window the are in the shop, but stood behind the counter, ready to come out when needed. Lastly, cadent houses 6/12 & 3/9 these houses/planets are not in shop window or stood behind the counter, they are in the back storeroom and only come out when 'triggered' or an emergency and much harder to recognise and access...

The houses are like the backdrop of a stage, the setting if you like, the planets are like actors and the aspects are how the planets behave in that settings/stage....

Your natal chart is like a photograph as unique as your fingerprint, BUT the 10planets in the sky have not stayed where they were in your natal chart, they have all moved. Predictive astrology is mostly maths where those 10planets are now and the mathematical aspects they make to your natal charts ie: 180'=opposition, 90'=square, 60'=sextile and 120'=trine.

So your personality, grows, develops, changes, matures as we get older, this is reflected by your sun sign changing from it's natal position to the next sign along, so does your Asc and MC sign change. In fact from sun to mars espec are important, as the outer planets really don't move much, using a 'day for a year' secondary progressions.

The most important of progressed planets is of course, sun & moon and then upto mars, as the outer planets hardly move by progression. Now like with transits, solar arcs --- it's what these progressed planets are doing NOW by mathematical aspect to your natal planets and Angles that is ultimately important.

It may just be that you become a more gentler person inside (I have sun conj venus natally) and it does suggest a 'cheerfulness' adding venusian qualities to the sun's rays...
