solar return and traveling

Does travel really effect your solar return in your opinion? My 2010/2011 doesn't look so great so I am thinking of going west, do you think changing locations for a few days is really that effective?

I did that last year, and it didn't work at all for me. I am going to post a slightly different question about this as well.

One thing to consider before you purchase plane tickets is that any tough outer transit will be with you for quite a while, and will still be there to greet you when you return home.
