Well, I'm not much of a Horary expert, but... let's see. I will try to take a stab at it.

The 10th house is ruled by Mercury. I'm represented by the Moon... at least that's how I think you do it. Unless you use Jupiter as it rules the asc. It's been awhile. Anyway, if I'm represented by the Moon, in about 12 degrees, the Moon will conjunct Mercury.

I'm going out on a limb and saying yes, I will get a new job... and I should hear something in about 12...

Any other insights are invited and welcome. I'm a noob when it comes to Horary and feel like a Monkey staring at a math problem.
