A sign of short-term affairs or "love at first sight" type of experiences is Venus (relationships) in aspect to Uranus (friends) or focused in the 11th house (friends). This creates a relationship that is "close but not TOO close", such as a short-term affair. First, we look for indications in his chart to see if he is the sort of person who MIGHT have short-term affairs on a regular basis...indicated by aspects between Venus and Uranus. There are no aspects between Venus and Uranus in his chart.

Next we look at the both of your charts together to see if there is an aspect between Venus and Uranus. There are two aspects between Uranus and Venus, a trine and a sextile, indicating the energy of Venus goes easily (sextile) and very easily with (trine) Uranus. This indicates that it is VERY easy betweeen you to fall into a "friendly relationship"/short-term affair situation.

Since I needed to create two charts in order to do the synastry, I also created your chart. Your have Venus focused in the 11th house, indicating you do not like to get "too close" in a relationship. You also have Aries (being, also action) modifying Venus, indicating you are "active" in relationships, which could indicate a tendency to "conquer" in relationships: you work to get the relationship and then, after you have it, you move on to "conquer" the next relationship.

Relationships take work and the effort of BOTH people in the relationship. Before trying to find out what HE wants in a relationship, perhaps it first makes sense to ask what YOU want in a relationship. Do you want to put in the work it takes to maintain a relationship? Do you want to get that close (and vulnerable) with another person? Answering these questions will help you in this relationship and in future relationships.

Thank you for your the valuable information you presented. I have a question. When you say about the aspects between Uranus and Venus how many degree the difference between the orbs should be. For instance I had some friends who has his Uranus square my Venus at 8 degree orb difference. Does that count?

Different astrologers will give different answers. Personally, I give the square between Uranus and Venus a maximum of 8 degrees orb (how close to a square they can be and still be in aspect to each other).
