My solar returns, any significant development in the love department?:)

Hey Everyone!


Well i took a look at my solar return for this year till august 6th 2009, and the next solar return. I must say i'm quite puzzled, some things are there, but i'm just not as good in reading solar returns yet.

In the 2008/2009 SR i see that 1st and 7th rulers are in opposition, in 12th and 6th house. Uranus is in the 7th opposite mars in the 1st. I have Jupiter in 5th squareing moon in the second. Would that indicate some difficulties in the romantic life, since there is a square and opposition between important relationship planets in the chart.

In the 2009/2010 SR i noticed the 1st and the 7th rulers mars and venus in 8th house. Would that mean a more sexier time, perhaps a new love or more passionate love.

The 2009 was in general a very difficult year for me. There have been some major changes in my life and quite a few loses. I really miss my gradfather, who died this year, he meant a lot to me. A lot happned in love too, i fell in love big time, i can say that i never felt anything similar. However its not going so well here either unfortunately:( So a lot has happened, and i kinda sensed its going to be a year of many changes. I wonder if the SR shows that too, and i hope some better and nicer times are coming soon:).

Here are both charts and my natal with both solar returns, if any can help me some more please, i would really like to know more of whats in store for me this and the next year.

Since your natal first house is rising and looks fairly close to your ascedant degree this should be an important year for you. Pluto is the ruler and is conjunct your natal jupiter this year. Certainly as jupiter rules your 2nd and is a trine to the ruler of the 7th this does indicate a transformation of partnerships, self-esteem and finances. For good or ill ? In the solar chart pluto opposes venus. In your natal chart they are in sextile so it does appear there will be dynamics around your relationships and a certain intensity, possible power struggles which could cause some separations. I think you will overcome this as your basic energy wants harmony in these energies.
The sun and moon are in a full moon status and implies endings or completion. This can refer to a relationshuip but since the 9th house seems to be focus might imply an ending to legal issues. this is somewhat supported by jupiter so close to the moon in the third. This also might involve monies as jupiter rules the 2nd not only in the solar but the natal chart.
The chart has a see saw quality to it indicating that your energy will be divided. There is a heavy emphasis on the 3/9 axis and maybe some unexpected events tied to family. With saturn and uranus opposing each other in the 4/10 this might imply struggles with family over unexpected events. The sun in the 9th house or cadent house implies you may not see a lot of activity until the last third of the year if your chart location is correct.
I would encourage you to use your location for solars not your bitrh place particularly if it is quite different. Astro.com has a feature on it for modifying location.
As far as love..it does appear to be somewhat of a theme but I suspect this year will not be all 'roses, roses":)

Hi looking at your 2008/09 SR when your grandfather died, you have saturn, venus and mercury and Sun (in Equal house) in your 12th house of isolation, self undoing, secrets all these are in opposition to Neptune in 6th house of health and also involved chiron 'the wound'
SR Asc falls in 11th house of friendships, hopes an wishes in Virgo who worries and over analyses things. SR Saturn is conj your mercury, prob making you want to withdraw from communications with friends and groups and could also make you a bit depressed...

So, did you feel it to be a quiet year needs more time alone? over analysing worrying. SR Pluto is Apex of T square in 4th and I am half expecting my elderly mother to pass. Mars opp Uranus was someone being bit bad tempered in relationships and wanting bit more freedom and independence? Also note mercury in 12th has quincunx to Uranus in 7th and Sun quincunx jupiter in 4th. These two could well cause health strains, communicaitions (merc 12th) behind the scenes and in private poss misunderstanding with partners (uranus 7th)?

Sun quincunx jupiter in 4th, did you do more entertaining in home roots? was your pride involved with being too sacrificing?
Neptune was opposing mercury, venus and poss sun which prob caused all sorts of mis-communications espec with co workers, daily routines and health. Did you have any mysterious illnesses? did you make more sacrifices for work, co-workers?

Chart ruler pluto natally is in 12th but this year will be in 2nd house perhaps challenging your beliefs, values and how your earn your money maybe not quite in line with Venus in 8th of shared resources.

You may well inherit some money this year Venus in 8th and cos venus is in cancer it's connected to family values,finances. Moon in 3rd suggests you may be thinking of moving house and communications. Now in Equal house all these planets are in the 4th house and this suggests uncertainty about where you may be living or family members and of course sacrifices.

I'm a modern astrologer and to me ruler of your Asc is Pluto not mars and venus ruler of 7th in 8th house and in opposition suggests intense, demanding, control issues to do with sex, joint finances, inheritances and 2nd house your values....
