Cusp Troubles...

So both myself and a close friend of mine were born on the cusp of Scorpio and Sagittarius. We've discussed that we both have trouble reading horoscopes due to the fact that scorpio and sagittarius together are only ever half right, but you'd never know which half. Is there a website that does daily cusp horoscopes?

Also, are there symbols for those born on a cusp, as there are for those born as one full sign? Any help would be great.

You mean your Sun is at 0° 00' Sagittarius? In many cases those "born on the cusp" have the Sun either in the very last degrees and minutes of one sign, or in the first degrees and minutes of the other. So even if your Sun is at 29° 39' Scorpio you still are a Scorpio,

As far as online horoscopes being half right, I feel your pain, LoL.
I'm 29 Sag.

You might want to check out the Lord Of G. thread by Draco in
Natal Astrology folder.

The LoG is the strongest planet, so whatever is going on with it in the skys right now, you'll feel more than your Rising sign ruler...I think it works as an accurate shorthand to see influences for the month ahead.
Add that with a Sun Sign horoscope.... in my case, I don't check Sag, I read Capricorns, because it explains what's transiting my houses accurately.
