Hi Guys,
I'm unclear on this, maybe you could tell me if I'm correct....or not !
The question is regarding the status of one's relationship w/ another and it's possible outcome; here are the details:

Male querent represented by Uranus 10 deg Pisc in11th; Female quesitor represented by Sun 25 deg Can in the 7th do not make any aspects to one another which shows lack of connectivity, correct?

BUT, here's where I'm really confused -
1) If the Sun also represents the man, is there some receptivity since it seems to signify each person in this case?
2) If the man is represented by the Sun which happens to be 25 deg Cancer, and Cancer is ruled by the Moon, AND the Moon can also represent the woman, is this a means of receptivity as well,or do I have to look at the ruler of the moon's sign to represent the woman,in which case would be Jupiter 11 deg Libra which is inconjunct Uranus, sextile Moon?
3) Also, in this chart the moon lands in the 3th house.)
4)If 10th house represents outcome, in this chart it is in Aries, with Mars there at 25 deg squaring the Sun,does this mean an unfavorable outcome?
5) Uranus at 10 deg Pisces in 11th (man)squares this Moon at 14 deg Sag in 3rd. Again, since this could represent him as well as her, whay could be interpreted here?
5) last, Neptune is conjunct the ascendant (querent) , might this mean anything?

Thanks!

Hello and welcome

First I'd like to tell you that it is not quite ok to use the outers, the modern planets, as the main significators in horary.

Horary worked fine even before the discovery of Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, so they are not necessary to delineate the chart. However, when the question refers to a situation that couldn't have occurred before the 18th century, like buying a computer (and there is Aquarius on the 2nd house cusp), one may take Uranus as the main significator instead of Saturn.

In relationship questions, however, the 3 outers cannot be the main significators because
- these planets have no essential dignities, so this makes it impossible to assess subtle relationships between the persons' significators
- people haven't changed significatively in the last 300 years, for us to use another set of planets for their relationships
- Uranus, Neptune and Pluto represent "supra-human" forces, beyond an average human's capabilities.

Uranus would be fit for questions where a "supra-human" mental ability is involved such as the computers.
Neptune would be fit for horary questions involving a "supra-human" force on the emotional-imaginative level - such as cinematography - where the imagination creates a new reality.
Pluto would be fit for horaries involving a "supra-human" force on the energetic level - see X-radiations, nuclear energy and so.

So, the traditional 7 planets will do just fine in representing the main human experiences in a horary chart, there is no need for the modern planets, unless, as I said, a very special situation or "supra-human" force is involved.

In relationship questions, there are accidental rulers of the persons involved (house rulers) and there are also the natural rulers - in general the Sun represents the man - the instinctual side, while Venus represents the woman - also the instinctual side. (according to John Frawley)

Now, going back to your question, unless we see the chart, it's really difficult to understand all the connections you mentioned.
