Ok, keep your eyes peeled fellow astrologers! We are fast approaching the first important square to the eclipse degree. Mars will arrive at 8 Cancer late tomorrow GMT and remain there until near noon on 29th. Arguably this is the transit which should trigger the 'promise 'of the eclipse (although the Sun sq should not be ignored but that's a while off yet).
I can't monitor every single news story myself so if anyone can report anything they think may be eclipse related in the coming days it will add to the general body of knowledge as to how, when and where total solar eclipses manifest.
I think the first thing that has occurred, 2 degrees prior to the eclipse degree is the bombings in Egypt - the eclipse being on the MC through Egypt. The trouble in Nepal erupted again when Mercury came to the conjunction - but we are not just lookig to major events.
For those of you whom the eclipse impacted your natal chart - Planets or points close 8 Aries. It would also be valuable for posterity to hear what happens to you personally over the next few days
