Venus is retro. 0-3 degree is too early AC. Sure the event has already happened. But there is something that doesn't make the story complete. Sort of like a movie. You've seen the characters of the movie... but the story hasn't started just yet. V/r LionKing

Re VOC Moon: Moon indeed is not VOC, as it is in an 'applying' trine to Venus. You have to look at the direction of the faster of the two planets, and here it is Moon, moving 'towards' Venus. Venus' rx motion, so moving backwards towards the Moon, will only speed up the process, as opposed to if it were in its usual forward motion and moving away from the Moon.

Re the early Asc: yes, a 2° Asc (anywhere < 3°) is considered early. However, most astrologers will still judge the chart; Frawley sure would:D. An early Asc can be interpreted in different ways. It can indicate that the querent/or the neighbours in this case are being presumptive; or that it is too early to start laying allegations; or that it is a bit premature to act on the situation perhaps for want of more info, even if the event itself has occured, etc.

A7 thank you. I suppose I was mistaken on the VOC. But yea... the early degree... I wouldn't read a chart that shows it. I have heard of others that do... but not for me. V/r LionKing:D
