I dont understand how to use this too interpret things in charts?

Now, look for fixed stars having a 1° orb, or even less, to the planets in your natal chart. For the interpretation, follow the same rules you would use in the case of a conjunction between planets.

I havent got any fixed stars at a 1 degree orb?

I don't know.

However for brighter stars you can use a wider orb, as explained in this thread
