Intense transformation?

I have a friend thats got an upcoming progression. His progressed sun and progressed venus will conjunct his natal pluto in scorpio. This already includes major self-tranformation. But as I looked closer to his natal I noticed that his sun/neptune midpoint sits exactly on his natal pluto, not only that, he has his vertex also conjunct his pluto and juno aswell. Then I looked at the transits and at the same time his neptune will be on the cusp of the 12th house.
His pluto in scorpio sits on cusp of his 6th house.
Serious bodily affliction? probably not, cause his natal pluto got 4 sextiles, from saturn, mercury, neptune and sun, and he practises tai chi and all that.
Could this indicate a finding of his real goal in life? A major spiritual purging?

What do you guys think?

I almost forgot, he practises white wizardry/sorcery and has pretty deep knowledge/truth for an adolescent.

I would consider it a major progression in his life. And Venus may indicate a major transformative relationship. The transits I don't know. Neptune takes forever.

yeah cassanra, was thinking the same thing. I also forgot to mention that in that year transit pluto is exactly trining his moon. I'm, like wow! hes gonna have some intense and profound situations coming his way.
