Can I recover these bad debts?

I have a few clients who owned me money. They simply disappeared and no news from them till now. They are overseas clients which I got them from internet. They got me to work on their projects, then took my work and disappeared. I know it sounds stupid to fall into such tricks but it is difficult for me to doubt others intergrity which I don't know why can I be so foolishly trusting.

Moon is in Via combust and many astrologers do not read chart when this is the case, but noone say why this is a maner.
Here is how I see this chart:
You are Ju rx, peregrine, at 16Sco30 in 8H, house of clients money. Interesting Moon, peregrine is in 8 H too and this is clear sign that you needs there money but you are powerless.
But your clients are represented with Me at 26Pi42 in 1st house, so they are in your hands, so to speak, they think a lot of you and feel realy bad (Me is peregrine, detriment, fall); maybe you are his nightmare.
They have money (Ve, ruler of his 2nd house, radical 8H is in exaltation) and that Ve will trine Ju rx, you, for about 8 degrees, for example for 8 weeks, and that means that you will get your money after some schock news (Ve is ruler of your 3H too, first conjuct Ur)! Ju and Ve are in mutual reception by term, that is good sign. North node in your 1st house is good sign too, and last Moon's aspect is trine with Ma, ruler of your 2nd house, house of your money, that means positive change to your money account.
