here is a financial scam/jail question

will this person be caught and imprisoned?

okay... this woman borrowed money from other people and laundered it.
so is she getting away?
the querent is asking because she lost a lot of money due to the quested shady dealings. This was international scam that stretch through 4 countries.

querent notified Homeland security, FBI and District attorney already.
so angles are fixed .. very likely nothing will change for now!

Sun - is the authority ...
there is MR between Venus and Sun. I am not sure if there is any kind of interest for the good or bad by this type of a question.

knowing that venus will go retro pretty soon.. eventually mars/venus will recoonect by conj at 0 aries
I do not know if it is useable or not but this will happen on april 23rd.
if the govt is the Sun .. it does not connect by aspect with Venus

here is interesting part about mars

We do not know if the quested hold green card (perminent residency) or on some tourist visa that expired ...but 7th house is house of removal. If she is caught and she is not US citizen, she could be thrown out of this country but if she is a citizen of the US, which is HIGHLY unlikely because it takes 5 years just to be able to apply for US citizenship, she could be just sent to jail unless the law had changed *very unlikely* or she could be extradited to a country where she came from if the govt of that country is interested in persuing the case.

in 15 something.. 15 weeks or months.

i noticed this in the US govt. They like to sit back and collect evidence then open idictment and then slap a warrant of arrest. that could explain fixed angles.

First as you pointed out, Su exalt Ve, Ve exalt Su, so it seams thay (police and she) are "one team". Su and Ve has no aspect, only Moon will sextile Ve after conjunction with Me and Ju. Me and Ju are rulers of 8 and 2 house, money, so maybe quarent will get own money from quested so quested will not be caught.

If she borrowed other peoples money, than we are looking at her 8th - ruled by Jupiter and Jupiter is in fall... Not much of a hope...But, if I see corectly, Jupiter is in conj. with Mars - so, there will deffinitely be some development about it and Mars will have news about investigations since the 9th is ruled by Moon and Moon is in her 3rd. But, it is not our question. The question is will she be caught...
So, she is Venus and running as you said. Can we look at some cosignificator or some factor that is helping Venus to run and maybe find some hope? She can ``run`` quicly only on short trips since her 3rd is ruled by Moon and Moon is fast planet. Her 9th is ruled by Saturn and Saturn is retro so I don`t think that she will be able to leave the country. Saturn is in her 5th, ruled by Mercury - is there a boyfriend helping her somehow. Her 12th is ruled by Mars (the person asking the question) who is also represented by Moon, and Moon is in conj. with Mercury - ruler of her 5th - so, will there be a conection or communication or some kind of meeting between Mars (Moon) and Mercury. I think that there is a hope for positive outcome. Not sure about money return.

Yes, US gov. is interested in getting involved since the US g. is represented by 9th - the Moon, Moon is in her 9th and in conj. with Mercury who is ruling her 2nd of possesions so, yes, not only that they are interested bu they are already in her 9th and already cheking her financies. About the outcome, I don`t know yet about the future aspects of the Moon - but this is the past and it is shown in the chart

Hi Tik, tricky question. The culprit is signified by Venus in fall and indeed about to enter her own 12th house of self undoing. The fact that she is in mutual reception with the Sun (authorities) by exaltation is very intriguing indeed. I would interprete like this: both parties are alerted by one another or, like Fensi also mentioned, are in a way making a (shady) deal of some kind. Do not forget that this is a negative mutual reception. Venus in fall and Sun peregrine in Pisces. Authorities dont seem to be able to do much here or dont seem to take things serious. Venus knows she is weak and goes into hiding (her 12th) . The end of her matter is ruled by the Sun, peregrine. She could leave the country (peregrine) not belonging anywhere for some time.
Fixed angles also could mean a YES.

If I look at it from Marc Edmund Jones's theory she will get imprisoned (sooner or later). I take the house of imprisonment and the opposite house, so we get Venus and Mars. They will sextile one another. There is therefore indeed a possibility of imprisonment. Jones would probably see this sextile as being a YES.

See you are right.. authorities go after big fishes.. this is a small fish even though it is involving money of the scale.. BUT here is the trick..they might catch up with all their stuff cause there are bigger priorities and then deal with this ...
we will know the outcome for sure .. because of 3 things
1. there is private investigator
2. there is a person living in the building where she lives - across the hall.. and she does not even know it
3. the querent is in touch with the feds.
If there is indictment then she is kaput!
and there will be a raid vs just arrest. Fed usually show up early in the morning. see she thinks she got away .. so she is reckless at this point.
that sextile in APRIL is very very amuzing.... i cant wait... the querent is sending to DA office evidence every month.
but sun has a bit strengh because it is in angular house.. I hope she gets arrested cause this is not right... ponzy scheme!
