I have permission to post this chart...
This woman has 2 biological children and 3 adopted children, two of her adopted children are special needs. Like Angelina Jolie, she has Neptune in sagittarius, in the 5th house. However, she has Jupiter in the 11th. Anyone else see any other comparions?

Well I'm a modern astrologer using Equal house system. The chart you posted was in Placidus the default on astro.com. So Jupiter is in the 10th NOT 11th house, moon in 1st, pluto in 3rd
House systems
Throughout the forums but mainly in natal astrology there are two main branches Placidus (unequal size houses) v Equal House (whereby each house is same size) but lots more……. For more information on these go here.

Notice Pluto has 3challenging aspects, square sun, mercury & Mars, all are rather forceful, controlling dogmatic ego centred aspects. So despite the Saturn conj moon showing as reserved outer persona, underneath was a completely different matter. Plus moon square uranus (emotionally impatient, erratic sometimes) then moon square jupiter (over the top when expanding)
Saturn square Uranus = freedom v convention, wants to do something unusual but in structured saturn way. Mars conj mercury=argumenative or verbal forceful.
3planets in Cappi in 6th house suggests this person's daily routines she would like to be 'of service to people' in a detailed virgoan way. Typical Cancer Asc centred always around family, moon/chart ruler in 1st emotionally fluctuates and restless, but would appear almost shy cos of Saturn conjunction.
Lots of planets below horizon, very subjective personality. The chart lacks element of air which suggests sweeping statements with no logical thought behind them and may on occasion not engage brain before opening mouth, may enjoy reading conversing to overcompensate for missing element though.

I've only looked very briefly at the chart of the mother, and have not consulted Jolie's chart (due to extreme disinterest on my part..) but a couple of things are significant:
Neptune in the 5th gives compassion and a desire to serve in relation to children and/or one's creative efforts. Can be an indicator of sick children. Neptune in 5th rules 9th house of Higher values
Jupiter in the 11th (and particularly so close to 11th house cusp) usually describes a broader world view, a bringer of compassion, a wider world perspective; i.e. the ability to transcend one's own ego needs.
Neptune is trine Saturn, which indicates an ability to sustain self-sacrifice for a higher cause, or the betterment of others. Saturn rules the 6th house of service.I'd say that having her own children was not enough of a service for this woman, and so she chose (and just as well for us all that there are people such as she) to amp up the level of her service to humanity.

There seems to be a strong theme with Neptune in the 5th for adoption or sacrifice of some kind.
Neptune in 5th by Liz Greene "Neptune and the Quest for redemption".
Neptune in the 5th may occasionally be linked with unwelcome childlessness, or with physically or mentally handicapped children or ailing child. In these areas one cannot "blame" Neptune. Such unhappy situations also occur when there is no planet in the 5th, or an apparently benign planet such as Jupiter. The conclusion suggested by astrological evidence is that it is not the burden of an ill or handicapped child which is described by Neptune, it is the experience of a particular kind of suffering which is presupposed to undergo. Neptune in the 5th when linked to raising a handicapped child, describes the mythic background of sorrow and salvation, which the parent rather than the child is likely to carry within. Compassion and opening of the heart may be the rewards of the experience. So to may be the deepened sense of deep religious or spiritual awareness.

Like Angelina Jolie, she has Neptune in sagittarius, in the 5th house. However, she has Jupiter in the 11th.Hi A4U,
The above quote says quite a bit to me as regards adoption of children, but there are also other configurations in this connection that I will mention below.
The eleventh house is connected with adopted/step/foster children, and Jupiter in there would clarify the need to grow and expand through this action. This Jupiter of the 11th also aspects both the native's lights showing that this urge is ingrained in this native's personality, more so as the Moon sits in her first. Also, the 11th house indicates, besides society and friends, brotherhood and humanity, so the native might 'hope' (also 11th-house matter) to do, in this way (esp as she has adopted kids with special needs), her bit for humanity (in comparison to most of us, who only brag about such things) and, through that, grow spiritually (both a Jup and Nep theme).
Neptune in the 5th has an inspirational influence in this area of life (arts, also children) and is also connected with adoption. Neptune here could make the native very sentimental, compassionate and selflessly giving towards children. This native's Nep also trines (supports) her Moon, adding on to her sentimental 'motherly' emotions (Moon) towards children (5th house involved), which must be of prime importance to her (Moon in 1st). One must also always bear in mind that, since the 5th and 11th houses lie along the same axis, planets in any one of the two houses automatically influence the opposite-lying house. Nep in the 5th might here be reflective of the fact that perhaps something about the family-origin of the adopted kids (read this in context of 5th and 11th lie along the same axis)is 'not clearly known. Nep in Sag is a very broad generational aspect, shared by millions around the world, so I will leave it out here.
Moon (motherly emotions/desires) in Leo would, on its own, indicate very warm and generous emotions, which are part of the self-expression (Leo and 5th house trait) and need to be openly expressed/demonstrated (Leo). Again, here it will help to bear in mind that Leo naturally rules the house of children (5th) and Leo's are not only known to be somewhat child-like themselves but also for their love of children (there are exceptions to all rules, of course), look also at Madonna's chart in this context (and child adoption). In this native's case though, the openly-expressing-the-emotions' part could be a bit inhibited or restrained due to the tight Sat-Moon conjunction in the 1st.
Sun in the 6th house of service to others can also be taken into consideration here as regards the topic. Note also that Mars (trad. ruler of Sco), ruler of the 5th-house here, is also placed in the 6th.
Finally, interpreting the placement of Ura and Plu in the 4th house of home and family tells me that there is something different, even progressive (through Ura; child-adoption certainly falls in this category) as well as transformational (Plu; transformational for both sides: mother and child) about this family. Pluto in the 4th could also reflect here certain heavy problems within the family, which are fairly understandable in case of children with special needs.
This native's chart is a perfect example of how many factors in a chart combine to reflect one particular aspect of the native's life.
Hope this helps clarify matters a bit.
