I need some help with my SR.

I'm going to try and make some sense out of my SR. It looks ugly, please feel free to point out the good stuff. LOL

SR asc- Cancer "Home"
Natal asc- Pisces "spiritual"

SR asc falls in Natal 5th house "self expression"
SR sun in house 5 "self expression"

SR asc ruler is moon "Home"
SR moon is in house 11 "Friends"

Same problems can arise when SR Moon opposes the Sun. This could also indicate health problems during the year.

Saturn in SR 4th shows staying in the same place.

cannot really be predicted but the possibility is there when 2nd and 8th houses are activated, as well as the 4th.


Inheritance: strong 2nd/8th activity.

Aspects- The Grand cross

Sun opp moon. Self-expression energy is over excited by home. Both natal and SR. SR moon in h11 sun h5, natal sun in h8, moon in h2.

Natal sun h8 conjunct SR Mercury h5. Self-expression energy is easily combined with thinking.

SR sun h5 square mars in h2. Self-expression energy needs to be combined with self-expression. Physical self-expression.

SR sun square Jupiter h8. Self-expression energy needs to be combined with expansion focused on transformation.

SR moonh11 in opp with SR Mercury h5. Home energy is over excited by thinking, focused on self-expression.

SR moon h11 square Jupiter h8. Home energy needs to be combined with expansion, focused on transformation.

SR moon square Neptune h8. Home energy needs to be combined with spiritual, focused on transformation.

SR moon square Mars h2. Home energy needs to be combined with sefl-expression, focused on physical.

SR Mercury h5 square Jupiter h8. Thinking energy needs to be combined with expansion, focused on transformation.

SR Mercury square mars h2. Thinking energy needs to be combined with self-expression, focused on physical.

SR Mars opp Jupiter h8. Self-expression energy is overexcited by expansion, focused on transformation.

I realize that the orbs are not that tight, so I'm not sure how much of an influence it has. I think the theme for this is self-expression needs to be transformed and expanded into my home, friends, and physical expression.

Now for the T square
The good ole' Saturn h4 opp Uranus h9. Duty, focused on home energy is over-excited by friends, focused on expansion.

Saturn h4 square Pluto h6. Duty energy needs to be combined with transformation, focused on daily work.

Uranus h9 square Pluto h6. Friends energy needs to be combined with transformation, focused on daily work.

Transformation seems to play a major role here also. I just hope that it is not transformation of the worst kind. I hope it's more of a breaking out of your shell type of thing.

On the lighter side, Venus looks very nice, however it is conjunct natal Pluto.

If anybody has any comments on what I might expect, or if I missed anything important, I would appreciate your input. I think I might be up for a couple of hurdles this coming year, I hope I can handle it.

Very nice job at "astro-sentencing"! (for more on "astro-sentencing", see the link below this post) This gives you a lot of "details" to take a look over and gives you a "way in" to the chart. One other (simple) thing you can look at in the chart is where is the focus of the energy. In your Grand Square, the energy is focused on the "Security" houses (Step 4 in the link below this post). So there is a strong need for "security" this birthday year. The T-square is focused on the 6th house (daily work). So there is a strong need for developing routines this birthday year, as well. The most energy is in your 5th house (self-expression) and 8th house (transformation), indicating there is a lot of focus on transforming how you express yourself in some way.

This gives you a very simple overview of the birthday year's energies. What you do with those energies is up to you! Take some more time to get familiar with all the different aspects in the Solar Return chart and think about what is the best way to use these energies in your life. Then work on applying these energies the way you planned them out.

My comfort and security seems to be on shaky ground, with Saturn return on the horizon.

So my security is on shaky ground, which is probably going to cause some sort of transformation, which in turn will cause me to have to rely more on my own self will, because I will have to start to focus on my daily work. Hmmm, it all makes sense, I just wish I could figure out what is going to cause the transformation.

The SR Mars in the 2nd , while being challenged by the sun/merc and moon opposition really stood out to me. It could be that through building a stronger sense of self, and a stronger self image [ SR 2nd] , you could defend against feeling 'left out.' Mars in the second can call for the need to
rebuild ones own inner reserves of strength in preparation for a storm of some kind.[ grand sq]
Since the challenges are coming from the sun/moon opposition,
involving the 5th and 8th, it may be that you will feel tested in a way that calls on you knowing very clearly WHO you are and what your principles are, even if you are feeling displaced or replaced somehow. You may feel suddenly called upon to choose sides, or choose a new home town, or something like that, that you are surprised by. [ when my friend had her' SR full moon' her parents announced a surprise divorce after 40 years of marriage.]

A full moon in a SR can be a time of 'shaking things out'--and you're mars in the second can help you hang in there successfully, staying true to who you are, even if you have to figure it out as you go. ,

Luckily, the Jupiter Opposition can anchor it for you by demanding that you expand your old sense of self, even if it hurts a bit at first.
