Why didn't he reply?

I did this chart but have not looked at it till now. I'm using 7th house for him as the "other people". I emailed this person but there isn't any reply from the person till now. I'm wondering if my email is lost or he has overlooked it? I'm puzzling why the person hasn't reply? Email was sent two weeks ago.

My ASC is libra and thus my significator is Venus. Venus is in my 5th house. His significator is Mars in his 3rd house of communication. Venus and Mars Trine. Mars in mutable air Gemini. He is considering if he wants to respond?

My 3rd house significator is Jupiter in my 2nd house. His 3rd house significator is Mercury(ruler of communication) and its a mutable water sign. He has mixed feelings to reply or not to. But I don't understand why he is emotional about it as I wasn't chasing his fortune in the email. lol

Mercury trines Jupiter. it shows that he has indeed received the email but he isn't sure if he wants to reply?

Moon next aspect is a sextile with Mercury(his 3rd hosue significator), does it mean he will eventually reply?

I'm curious of why he doesn't. Both Mars(his significator) and Mercury(3rd house significator) is in mutable signs and in a cadent house. Seems like he has mixed feelings toward me? If moon trines Mercury indicates that he will eventually replied, mutable signs in a cadent house will mean it will be quite some time to hear from him?

Ruler of 3H (email) is Ju rx. First I would check out if this email return to me as undelivered. Maybe you sent on wrong address?

His ruler Ma is in 3H, house of short trips. Maybe he is not at home.
Ruler of his 3H(radical 9H) is Me at 14Pi44 and ruler of your 3H is Ju rx at 17Sco46. These rulers go to trine and it will be exact for about 3 degrees, for about 3 months for example. Maybe you should get some answer then.
