What have I done..?!

Hi, I am not sure if this is the right board, but over the last couple of days I seem to have turned into a one woman disaster area - making a mess of everything that was seemingly good in my life! I really don't understand what on earth I think I am doing and was wondering if this has any relation to my chart? I know that there was a disruptive mars-pluto link going on this weekend - could that have something to do with it? anyway something is making me act mental!

I do not know how to post my chart but it is on Arian Maverick's natal chart list under pixie1982.

Can anyone offer me any guidance - for example not leaving the house or answering my phone ever again perhaps?
