which house?

My friend asked a question about whether she would get accepted into a government funded business works program. It is a program through the goverment where they help budding young entrepreneurs to open a business. They will pay about $1500 a month to cover expenses, a two week business boot camp with consultants to put together a business plan to make sure the business idea is viable.
Which house do i use for this? the 10th?

I'd say 10.. use 11th for the profit and usefulness

Agreed. I'd say use the tenth house. I'd look to the second house for shorter term profitability, and the 11th house for longterm wealth and asset building. Also, keep in mind that the 8th house can refer to the use of "other people's money", joint funds and finances.
