I would suspect it might have to do with feeling "voiceless" in some way - afraid to speak up? With Saturn in Virgo opposing - it might represent dealing with "critical authority figures" - (either inner or outer.) It could also represent "blame" issues in some way.

I don't have Mercury in Pisces -but I do have Mercury retrograde in the 12th house - and squared by Saturn. Saturn/Mercury challenges can be a b**ch. (pun intended)

Yes, that's what I am thinking. Things were getting better, but now Saturn rx is in effect and I am feeling really confused and insecure again. Didn't expect it to be this rough!
