Someone asked me about a former lover , and if they will connect again soon.

Mercury Rules the 1st and 5th houses here, but in Pisces it is in terms, detriment, and fall .
This does not sound like a healthy thing to me

But any ways whay I'm trying to understand is if there is no contact at the moment, wht would it show that the sigs are the same?

And, as I first wondered, what DOES it usually imply, when this happens?

Thanks!

Relationships are 1-7house matter, so you have to look for this rulers; in this chart they are not same.
When the rulers are same, then, for quarent you may choose Moon as ruler.

When you have same rulers check out almutens for the houses maybe they are different and for one of them work with almuten.

I agree with Goca on the choice of significators, in this case we're looking at the rulers of the 1st and 7th, and their significators are different.

It would be a problem if we had to work with the almuten of the 1st and the 5th, as - if I am not wrong - they would be the same too.

One final thought caused by too much food and too many drinks, so do not take me too seriously: this chart looks a bit funny to me. A modern malefic, Pluto, is in the seventh, the cusp of the seventh is squared by Venus and this is a love question. The lord of the seventh is retrograde and in detriment in Scorpio. I do not think this chart is radical, maybe the querent has asked the same question twice, or he has employed some other technique besides horary.
