May I suggest you read the 'welcome to the world of astrology and other ---sticky' at the top of this forum? It has some great explanations, links etc. At the top of every forum there are lots of ‘stickys’ which explain matters in that forum, along with guidelines & tips

According to Howard Sasportas he encourages you to look at your Sun sign and house placement. In general there are not many vocational books on the market to study. Sun in Aries needs to find work they are challenged and use their competitive spirit and they need independence too. Taurus needs something permanent and to involve themselves in something of lasting value. Gemini needs mental challenge and they enjoy making contacts and connections. They need to feel free to communicate. Cancer needs to feel connected to the past and often need to be with others and have a sense of family. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I don't think it's in a easy task predicting precisely what work an individual will be in. You can see if they prefer to be in authority, or work independently. Are they sensitive. And Do they enjoy travelling, expansion. Do they prefer ordering things, evaluating. Do they have a original mind or more practical approach. Would they like talking, or do they prefer relating. Do they have powerful resources and an investigative nature. All these traits can be answered astrologically. If I am bored one time I might look for vocational checklists to fill in. And we can compare our answers to our charts. A fun exercise :w00t:.

If you have basic astrology knowledge you can start to paint a picture of what job you would prefer.

No one can view attachments at the moment, although admin are trying to resolve matters -- so in the meantime try this ----

Everyone I think I've found a temporary solution to attachments. If you upload via your control panel and save to your album and then copy and paste the link into your thread --- this seems to work. Only slight problem you may have to trim the size down to fit ie: 600 x 600 in some kind of software or accessories/paint first.

Another idea (from eedwards) was to have two internet explorer windows open (but not full view obviously) and simply drag and drop chart from one window to another. Just remember to either (anonymize if posting a friends chart) and reduce to 63% in Extended chart selection

“I cast the chart on astro.com right, and saved it to the computer. Then I have an account on photobucket (which is Free) and uploaded it there. After it is saved there you can assess url, links to the pic. One is an "img" kind of link, you just copy and paste in the post, and after you have posted, it shows up as a chart there”
