Landlord Issues

I have been going through home renting issues lately. I have moved twice in one year and now I am going to have to move again when I just move 4mths ago. The first time I moved was because the house I was living in became to small for me to live in anymore. It was a two bedroom Tutor house with bedrooms the size of match boxes. I outgrew the place and needed to move. The house I wounded up moving into was on it's last day of forclosure before the bank reclaimed it. Of course I had no knowledge of this before I moved in. The next day I got a letter from the bank saying I was going to have to move. My landlord did not tell me that his house was in foreclosure. Many renters have been caught up in this recent rental scam, but I was lucky in that I was able to recover my deposit. Now, the house I am living in, seems to be a worse issue. The landlord has been quite tricky with his intent on renting me the place. He was to rent me the entire house but after I moved in, he told me he would be keeping the storage in the backyard for hiself, but he still wanted me to still pay him full rent. Also, he and his son accessed the storage 2 to 3 times a day without proper notification, so I was seeing my landlord and his son on the property everday. The day I was moving in, my landlord was still using the key to enter the house. After we had done the lease, he had me sign a rental agreement to agree that if I brought one more child into my family daycare, he would have to get more rent money. He also tried to get me to rent his son a room in the house I am renting from him. My landlord gave me a writtent letter 30 days later after I moved in, asking me to move right back out becuase he wanted to rent to someone else he could get more money from. I ignored his letter because I knew it was illegal. He then went on to say he was selling the house and wanted me out. I still ignored him because we have a year lease which he can not get out of unless I agree. Now he is saying that he wants the house back because his wife is sick and they need to move back into the house to be closer to friends that will help out with his wife. In the letter where he say's he wants me to move out do to his wifes illness, not only did he add his wifes personal medical records as proof of his claims, but he also added proof that he has not paid his mortgage for two months. In addition in the letter, he claims to have something on me which he will use against me to make me move. I am wondering now what my landlord will resort to next, now that it is clear to him that he cannot get me out of the house until my lease is up. What he will resort to next, being that he claims to have something one me? What does my landlord have on me, if anything at all?



I think that my landlord is bluffing and he is bluffing because he really wants me to get out. I am the querent on the first, so he is on the 7th. Pluto is in the 7th so I think he is just going through a power play. However, if being that he continues to fail at getting me out, with Pluto in the 7th, I don't know what he will resort to, but whatever it is, it will not be favorable.

You'll want to use the land lord as the 7th ruler, as another person ..
Only thing is, the ascendant is late, which means, you probably already know; you mentioned you think he was bluffing, so it's most likely so.

Okay he is on the 7th but did you see where I said earlier that the Pluto in the 7th seems to be attributed to his constant power plays. He has continously attempted to create ways to get me out of the house. Pluto is related to Scorpio and that is what he reminds me of, although he is a Libra. Sometimes I think he has the house tapped so that he can know about what is going on in my personal life. That is why I am wondering what next will he resort to because Scorpios and Pluto inlulenced people, never stop until they bring you some kind of harm. Some times I feel as though he will have me jumped on just to let me know he has that much control. Not to be getting on anyones religion but he is a nation of Islam Muslim. He has shared with me that he don't know why I am not a Muslim. I kindly told him I was not interested in any religion. I think he is giving me all these problems because I don't have a male present and because I am a woman. He does not like the way I have stood up to him. I no longer take his calls.

True, but in this case, I think it's psychological harm. He's in your eighth house which is a psychological place, maybe he wants to cause you angst, for whatever reason.

People "bluff" to enemies so they don't think they have the upper hand, but Scorpios are good so you don't know whether its the truth or not. Teehee.

Exactly and that is what I am worried about. His son is always lurking around the house and a couple of times, he was just sitting in his car with earphones on his ear. I swear I was thinking he had one of those devices where you can hear what a person is saying from a distance. The landlord his self has gone back to Atlanta two months ago so I think he has his son watching me...It is really a spookey situation. The landlord has already made up lies about me and issued out the lies to my neighbors as a way to scarlet letter me out of the house...hahaha. I triumphed through that all but now he is coming back to intimidate me again and like you said, with Scorpio influence, you can never tell.

I found these rules at a reader friendly site. A Horary chart is not fit to be judged if it has some issues but from what I can see, the chart in this Thread has these two issues which makes it not fit to be judged. {Taken out because it did not apply to this chart as I thought it did} My bad, still learning:o
