It is now 12:57 in the afternoon, July 8th 2005 and I am writing to you from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. My question is: Will I find a love relationship soon and if so, will it be a successful, long-term one?

I got chart wit 13 Lib ASC, so you are Ve on 12:42Le, and he is Ma on 17 Ar. Moon is on 10 Le. Yes, there are applaing aspects between Ve and Ma, also, Mo and Ma, but before that happen Ve will first conjuct Me on 12:53 Le and after that Ma. So do Moon! This is called "prohibition" and this is clear (twice) "no" answer.

I watched a couple of days ago this movie called "Love Actually" - they said the "love actually is all around". I think so, too.
Great movie! well worth a look !

As for the horary chart, I think it says that eventually you will find LOVE. Maybe not so very soon, but it's going to happen, that's for sure.
There're several indications that point in this direction.

When Radu said that you will "eventually find love" it means that I made some mistake in my read, so I got back to chart and see where I made mistake. I said "before that happen Ve will first conjuct Me " and that is impossible because Me is fastier planet. So Ve and Ma are in applaing aspect and both are in applaing aspect to Pl. That is "yes" answer. (Radu, do you use outer planets for collection of light?) Moon (co-significator of you) also trine Mars another indicating of "yes" answer. But on the another side, Me will first aspect Ma , that is prohibition and "no" answer. So, it seams that "eventually" is right word...

Actually I thought at the myriad of aspects the Moon makes while in Leo, which represents according to Maurice McCann (tara-astrology.com) a multiple translation of light.
One may notice that the Moon starts with Venus, then aspects Mercury, Pluto and eventually aspects Mars.
As the first aspect is with Venus, ASC ruler, the planet signifying Marie, I think it means that there's something that must happen to Marie or something that she must do in order to "activate" the process that will ultimately lead to the meeting of her love partner.
As both Venus and the Moon are in the 10th house, I assume that this "change" is related to her career or professional status. Actually the Moon rules the 10th house, so the first aspect (Moon conjunct Venus) might indicate that a significative professional event is about to happen or should happen.

Can you explain where is the problem with Ma? Why Moon can aspect Pl rx at 22Sag29 and can not aspect Ma at 17Ar58?

Sorry, I meant Neptune...

Actually the Moon is within moieties of orb with Venus, Mercury, Neptune and Mars, in this order. Not with Pluto.
