View Full Version : Two Questions :)

1. A planet in sect or not, does this apply in horary?
2. I asked a question about whether or not someone is really my cousin in a horary, and the moon was void of course. That could be saying, yes he is, as there's nothing further to show that he isn't? Or the question has no merit, because he is?
-- Like the questions about Obama's birth place which were void of course. Meaning there's nothing further to show that he isn't; thus the question has no merit.

1. Yes.
2. A void of course moon in such a question means 'probably not' or at least, it will be very difficult for you to find the truth. 'Matters go hardly forward' when the Moon is VOC...and 'hardly' in this context means 'with difficulty'.

Thanks AG.
I never hear people talk about sect on the horary forum here, but I will apply it now. :)
And towards the second question I've also heard voc means that there is nothing to worry about. I think that I'll look at the chart again. But it is true that it is hard to prove, with certainty. I only know that he invited my family to a reunion some time ago.. But we don't really have concrete 'proof' of 'kinship' I suppose.
In the chart, I am the sun and he's saturn. One of the moon's aspects was a sextile to saturn..
I thought it was interesting too that the third ruler of relatives was in his sign, and in his twelfth. Something like, it's a 'hidden' status.

I don't much use it simply because I'm lazy, but you can definitely apply sect to horary.
It would be difficult to discern what kind of 'cousin' from using the 3rd. Is he your mother's sister's child? Your father's uncle's cousin's nephew? See what I mean? If you chose a significator for him and found him in the 12th, it could mean that he is, but you didn't know it. You can sometimes gauge pregnancy questions this way.

Very valid point! Supposedly it's through a great great grandmother.
As I think I was asking more along the line, 'is he my cousin', I thus then used Saturn for him, as it was opposite ruler to Leo. Interestingly enough, he *is* a Capricorn.
